Who Wants To Live Forever by Queen.

If it were in slow motion, The Launch by Boston. Really loud.

Hmmm, Imperial March, The Internationale or Duel of the Fates have a hard time choosing.

EDIT: Perhaps Aces High
Nah, you see, playing Duel of the Fates would distract you to much with the idea "GOD I wish I had a double-bladed lightsaber right now".

No song is long enough for a battle that epic. I'd make a playlist. Can't choose which one is most appropriate.

Indestructible - Disturbed
Singularity - Adversary
Otherworld - Final Fantasy X
Maybe I'm A Lion - The Black Mages
40:1 - Sabaton
Ghost Division - Sabaton

Those songs all are so epic when you're in battle.

Forget what I said, I now know the perfect song. The Art of War by Sabaton. Just listened to the song and the lyrics, it fits so perfectly.

If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.

I stand alone and gaze upon the battlefield
Wasteland is all thats's left after the fight
and now I'm searching
a new way to defeat my enemy
Bloodshead I've seen enough of death and pain

I will run, they will hunt me in vain
I will hide, they'll be searching
I'll regroup, they'll retreat
They'll pursue
Coup de grâce
I will win but never fight
That's the art of war
That's the art of war

Breaking the will to fight among the enemy
Force them to hunt me
They will play my game, and play by my rules
I will be close but still untouchable
No more will i see suffering and pain

They will find me no more
I'll be gone I will have them surrounded
They will yield without fight
Overrunned
Coup de grâce
I will win but never fight
That's the art of war
That's the art of war

Broken and lost, tired of war
they'll surrender to me
Caught in my trap, there's no way out
Fail never again

I will run, they will hunt me in vain
I will hide, they'll be searching
I'll regroup, they'll retreat
They'll pursue
Coup de grâce
I will win but never fight
That's the art of war

That's the art of war

That's the art of war

That's the art of war

Hence to fight and conquer in all your battles is not supreme exellence. Supreme exellence consists in breaking the enemy's resistance without fighting.

Also, awesome thread.

The entire opera song from the movie "The Fifth Element". I don't know the name of the song, but it is epic.

You might be right, although a normal one would do.

You beat me to it. Even thought I don't really like disturbed, that song would be perfect.
My top three songs would be
1: Indestructible by Disturbed
2. Valley of the Damned by Dragonforce
3. Holy Diver by Killswitch Engage
Or I would go with a really sad song like May it Be.

i will have to go with lillium.

...well, i have my reasoning for selecting it, but it is confusing to explain, so i wont go into it.

it's a beautiful song, that's all you need from me.

also, once it starts playing, i fire randomly at the enemy until i have 1 bullet left, at which point i put the gun to my head, close my eyes, and fire. if i know i'm going to die, then i'm going to control how i leave this world.
