I'm stuck between Canada, UK, and Japan.

On an unrelated and completely fictional topic. Equestria taking over the world. I, for one, welcome our pony overlords.

USA, Canada, UK, or Norway.
If Japan took over everything would be weird. Advanced, but weird.

Or this:

Japan. Easy

Japan because of it's awesome culture, and their promotion of academics. They have a lot going for them in this.

Honorable Mentions: U.S., Canada, Sweden, and England.

Canada would probably be the best bet because they like peace and so do I

hmmm hard to say but i guess Sweden or Norway as someone said working socialism..., or just for fun Finland or Iceland (how can you understand anything they say?) anyhow a country that fight less wars (specially on nouns.. drugs/terrorism/crime etc...) than US would be a smart choice ...

I would pick the U.S. hands down, but with one condition:eliminate and guard against the corruption rampant in the U.S. government. How? A world-wide organization of elite spec-ops and all-encompassing spy network dedicated to truth, justice, and equality for all. There would have to be a strenuos screening process to ensure that only those with the requsite morals and open-mindedness were recruited. They would also have certain extra-legal rights to ensure corruption couldn't hide behind the law, but once their investigation was complete, every detail of it would be released to the public, save the identities of the organizations spies.

Obviously, I pick the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, because I live here.

United States for governmental organization, Japan for culture, traditions, and customs, and Germany for economy. Depends on my mood, of course.

Hard to choose between Canada, Sweden and Japan. Universal health care and all that would be dandy, especially if it was everywhere. Japan has such a distinct and varied culture though, and they reward intelligence... I am unsure. I think I'll go with Sweden though.

I was gonna say Australia, but then I realized the entire world would be under a censorship law.
Gonna have to go with Eagleland. Only because it's where I live and I don't like adjusting to change.

Australia, New Zealand, Canada or Finland any of those I would have no issues with ruling the world.
