I'd probably just go about my daily life like nothing's different, see how it goes. Though depending on if it's voluntary, accidental or forced transformation I'd have different initial reactions.
Forced would be pissed that she didn't have a choice in the matter, voluntary would be kinda weirded out but overall alright with the change and accidental would just be laughing her ass off at what happened.
