Either the Silent Runner or Jury Rigger perk, you have no idea how useful Jury Rigger perk is if your constantly repairing your equipment.

Hmmm Already have night person, Quick learning and silent running. So its a toss up between almost perfect and lady-killer. Ahh to be awesome and lonely or crappy but well loved? Tis it not the age old question?

Don't think it'd be a problem with a Charisma of 9.

OT: Superior Defender for me. Didn't say it had to be a perk you get from leveling.

I'd go for a perk from a proper Fallout game: Gain Charisma. It would be pretty damned useful. "Almost Perfect" exists in a game universe where your SPECIAL characteristics don't mean all that much.

wow that's annoying... get over it, fallout 3 was much more fun than any other fallout, and yes i own every other fallout, including tactics.

a PROPER fallout game... i hate uber leet snobs.

Mysterious Stranger all the way.

If anything happens, *BANGBANGBANG*
Problem gone.
It would be pretty hard to defend against those murder charges.

"You don't understand! This guy in a hat and trenchcoat teleported next to me and blasted him, it wasn't me!"
Missing the point that for him to appear VATS would need to be used... but hey

OP: I'd go with night person because with my job I basically am I "night person" and +2 INT and PER would be usefull

Cannibal now I would never.....
Im really not sure if i should be telling you this but you dont need to have a perk to be a Cannibal, although make sure u do it in private, apparently its frowned upon in most societies :/
Yes, but, unlike the perk in Fallout, cannibalism doesn't give you health. It just makes you more prone to spongiform encephalitis.

I'd go with that perk if it healed me instead.

I already have a Fallout perk: Night Person! (no, seriously, I am way more coherent once the EDS (evil day star) is out of my eyes)
