One in a million shots in video games.

Well, doesn't have to be a "shot". But things you did in a video game that has so small chances its just insane that it happened at all.

I was playing GTA: SA, and you know how you can jump out of airplanes over the sea and land in the water unharmed? Well I was doing that, over the open sea, and for some incredible reason I hit the ONLY boat out there! ... I was killed =p.

So, anything to share? =3

Becoming a bug splat on a jet windshield on Just Cause 2. Damn jets rarely spawn in the air and I just happen to be free falling right into ones path.

Pokemon Platinum, I caught Mesprit (who as anyone who's played the game knows is nearly impossible to catch) with an Ultra Ball, on my SECOND try, when it had FULL health.
I think my build-up of Pokemon luck has just been depleted for another 11 years. D:

Shooting through a smoke greande cloud at random and get a solid headshot. God damn, why didn't I record that?!

Was playing GTA 4 when some mob guy started shooting at me. A nearby car blew up in his face. He flew towards a building and smacked right up against it. From there he fell in the ocean. I started to leave then the same guy came out on shore and started running at me again. I thought he was invincible, it scared the crap out of me. Has never happened since.

In Team Fortress 2, as the scout, I was trying to hit a medic with my baseball, I missed when he moved but it bounced off the wall and hit him and killed him, it was SO funny!

HL Deathmatch: getting a double headshot with a charged up Tau Cannon through a wall. Granted, it was a small map.

Counter-Strike (I believe it was 1.3c or something, don't know, long time ago in any case.)

I was about to call it a night so I burned the last little cash I had and got some armor and a gun I never use, the TMP, and decided to rush the opposing team.

I run into five guys, toss a smoke grenade (which starts my poor modem lagging like hell), open fire and keep running. Another guy comes around the corner and I charge straight at him, shoot him through the head and go around for the guys I just ran past. Instead the Counter-Terrorists win message pops up and I glance at the top of my screen. 4 headshots and 2 kills on my name. I'd just whacked the entire enemy team in a suicide rush with one of the worst guns in the game.

Weirdly enough I didn't even get accused of using an aimbot.

Halo 3, threw a frag grenade across the map randomly in a Big Team Slayer on Standoff and was awarded a Splatter medal, poor guy on the other side was running to the parked 'Hog when the frag shoved it a bit violently in his face.

Battlefield Bad Company, shot down an enemy Apache gunship with the UMP... granted it was near death already, but it still seems a bit ridiculous.

ODST Firefight on Chasm Ten, picked off the Carbine Jackal out of the four charging at me and got a surprise Headshot medal when he reflexively fired off a round through the brains of his comrade.

Halo 3 again, got 2 unintentional Overkills by being credited with sending two other teams in Rocket Race over the cliff edge on Standoff on separate occasions.

For me it was playing TF2, as a sniper, seeing an enemy spy cloak, guessing where he now was, and actually getting a head shot on this perfectly invisible moving target. I doubt the spy was particularly impressed, but I certainly was.

A P90, 3 bullets left in the clip, Hardcore mode, enemy 3/4 of the way over the other side of the map, firing from the hip, headshot.

Even the guy I shot said how lucky that was.

Humm.. Shooter wise I think it'll be managing a quad-kill with a sniper rifle on Bad Company. But in non=shooter terms it'll be my soloing of the fire guy in VoA last 2%(first kill), he just kept missing, it was so awesome, and the screams on vent made it totally worth it.

As for my own, the most recent one was when I shot a guy out of a helicopter by accident in bad company 2. I was just shooting in the air while running around and I got him as he flew past.

I shot the near-dead pilot of a Black Hawk on BFBC2 once, surprised the hell out of me.
And once, granted on cheat mode, but still, on Red Faction Guerrilla, I super-hammered a EDF car and it flew off and hit an EDF gunship.

I was doing a drive-by with my homies in GTA:SA, and we got hit pretty bad; eventually the car in which we were sitting was on fire, and about to blow at any moment. Desperate, I drove into one of those places that spray your car a different color, I forget what they're called. Anyway, I drove in there and hoped for the best because at this point there wasn't enough time for me to jump out and run away, and I swear to Tarim that we were one moment away from exploding, but amazingly we made it, the car got repaired and we were okay.
