In Red Orchestra, when I fired an MG34 from the hip across the field of that map (I forget what it's called) with the Komsomol quarters and the Basement Building, hitting a prone guy in a bunch of rubble, with what had to be a headshot, in a few rounds, with reasonably low bullet spread. That was awesome. Also walking around in that trench map with an MG34 from the hip, repeatedly killing Soviet soldiers, even SMG soldiers who tend to roflpwn in such situations. I <3 hipfiring machine guns.
Also Red Orchestra, on some farm map, I walked into a small house with a Mosin-Nagant and was about to go upstairs, when I saw a German entering the door beside the stairs. I shot him from the hip, killing him. I then turned around and saw another German lying on the ground in a hole that had been blasted in the wall, and shot and killed him too from the hip. Then I got up the stairs, aimed out the window, and killed someone about 20-30m or so away with one shot. I seriously stopped there for a moment and said "what the fuck?". It usually never goes so well.
And one other time, I was crouching (also with a Mosin-Nagant) behind the sandbag wall at the end of the Anichkov Bridge on the Leningrad map, just firing at the opposite end of the bridge, when I suddenly hit someone who was apparently lying prone on the rubble at the other end, over 100m away, which got me an achievement.

Was just linig up a headshot with the sniper at a guy in a tower when as I pull the trigger, another guy jumps up in front of me about to blow me to pieces with the rockets. Needless to say his head entered my crosshairs the second I pulled the trigger earning me a double kill and 1 less fiery rocket death.

playing wolfteam (similar to CoD) used the basic sniper rifle, no scoped cross map in the last few seconds, won us the match SOOOOOO many hacker screams
BFBC2 hardcore, on Isla Innocentes, as defenders. For once, the entire enemy team was working together. They filled both Blackhawks and the others got into a patrol boat.
I spawned as Recon with my beloved M95. Saw the Blackhawks, thought what the hell, and aimed for the pilot. Marksman Headshot. I thought, thats pretty nice. Then, because their pilot was dead, the blackhawk lost control and smashed into the other one. And then they landed on the patrolboat.
I was in hysterics. Best shot I've ever fired.

Playing BC2 on Port Valdez my squad stole the enemy Blackhawk with me piloting and the other two as door gunners. I took off from the landing pad and headed towards the sea so we could circle the base and defend our team mates. As I was passing the large silos the right side gunner destroyed them with his minigun. We were so close to the silos the blast hit the chopper and caused it to roll onto its left side, which caused us to plummet to the ground sideways. When we inevitably hit the ground we started to skid across the roadway and flattened an enemy soldier who happened to be running to an MCOM station. I got my first helicopter roadkill and an award/achievement while berating my squad mate for shooting the silo. Barely managed to get back in the air I was laughing so much.
One time in Gears of War, on the canals map, I was the only one left on my team and was on one of the bridges basically cowering. There were two other players on a different bridge taking shots at me, and we all had snipers. I couldn't move, so I took a random blind-fire across the map and got a headshot first try! Second guy ran off the bridge to try and flank me but I aimed and got another really fluke headshot. I REALLY wish I'd filmed it!
Also on DXMP I scoped and fired at a lamp post not far away from me on a ledge above (completely random desire to shoot a lamp post) and a body just appeared and fell from that point; I'd managed to headshot someone jumping past me with speed and cloak on in mid air by accident! The guy wouldn't stop screaming aimbot for the rest of the game though.

On MGO, being the sneaky player that I am, I grabbed a guy from behind and had him in a hold, when I saw that another enemy, quite some meters away, spotted us. I wouldn't have time to move out of the way without letting the guy go, and I wouldn't be able to choke him out and respond quickly enough, so while still grabbing him and using him as a human shield, I took out my pistol and delivered a single shot before my enemy, right to his head.
If you've never played MGO, believe me, this isn't an easy thing to do, especially not at the range I did it. I don't think I've ever seen anyone else do it, actually. So, yeah, that felt pretty good.

MW2- No scope headshot across the map... in mid-air. PLUS it was a game winning kill. Luckiest kill of my life.
I was playing Recon on Bad Company 2 on the Atacama Desert. I saw three of my guys pinned down by a tank and three enemy troops at the middle flag. I knew running and C4ing the tank would be suicide, so I lobbed a single grenade. Said grenade destroyed the tank, its two occupants two of three guys standing next to it, whom was then killed by the dudes I'd saved.

I remember playing Pokémon Ruby for the first time, a friend of mine owned it. I just walked around for a bit in the grass at some random place when all of a sudden a blue Zangoose attacked me. I had no idea that they are usually supposed to be red, so I kicked its ass, only to find out it was shiny when the next Zangoose that attacked me was red.
TF2, I was aiming for the opposing sniper when a fully charged medic run in front of me just as I fired. The shouting over the mic as unny.
was plying afghan in MW2 i'm down near the broken planes i see a little red dot on me radar throw a throwing knife up to the sniper cliff. bullseye. it was so pro couldn't even see him and all my friends were just about to start telling me now stupid it was tp.

my best would probably be on CoD:WaW on Banzai ground war. the game started and everyone rushed for the flag at the waterfall and I was lagging behind a little, but I threw a grenade which killed 3 people right off the bat, then blew up a bouncing betty and killed 4 more people. Easiest time I got dogs
MW2, Favela, TDM. Was standing on the road at the edge of the map when I saw someone from the other team on the balcony of the launderette (next to the barbershop). I throw a knife at him and it hits. It also happens to be the GWK, so everyone saw it.
