Or a politician, especially the top job. All the bureaucracy and paper work and meetings would drive me insane.

Meter attendant? I agree, that would be a sucky job. I know perfectly nice people that turn into complete raging douche bags the second they see parking enforcement near their car. There's a show in America on A&E called Parking Wars that follows them around and I can't even imagine how terrible some people can be.
