I found this game randomly on some education site that's supposed to teach you how muscles work... I think it is one of the hardest games ever. Give it a try.

Wow, I can't get anywhere but I can't stop laughing either. This game is ridiculous. It might be playable if you know exactly how the muscles need to work to make the guy move. Otherwise this is just virtually unplayable.

Edit: Yeah the controls are not well designed, imo. you have q and w for thighs and o and p for calves. q and p work one leg while w and o work the other. That is the best I can figure out for now.

My current records are 2.6 and -1.5.

Wait, no this is a hard 'game' . Possibly designed to get on your nerves. I know it did on mine.
Though I think Ninja Gaiden 1 on the hardest difficulty is till harder hehe.

Beat it. Easily in fact. You just need the right rhythm going. The only thing I failed at was the jump because my leg got stuck (hence the weird position), but i got over 100 meters so Difficult controls doesn't make the game hard, it just makes it silly.
