I don't really see how you could adapt One Piece without going full high budget CGI extravganza which I don't think is doable on TV. It's not like i don't like the idea of it, One Piece has a fun setting and fun characters and fun story arcs but unless you embrace the cartoonyness of it all and adapt it as best as you can you're just gonna end up with some bland story about pirates with superpowers.

I said it before and I'll say it again, Quality Acted English Dub.

Infact I like to know what you think about my suggested English Voice sounds for the main characters:

'Flashback of Cringe'

Am I the only one who thought that for the budget you were going to get and the relative quality of the source material, this was the best live-action adaptation of the original Dragonball you were ever going to hope for? It, at least, had the basic elements: Goku (and his space-were-wolf origins), Bulma, Chi-chi & Picillo. Hell, it even had a nod to Yamcha's initially semi-villainous roots.

Hell, I love DB & DBZ but I recognize that I was a kid watching it and it's abridged series is the only way I can appreciate it now.

**edit**
Also CinemaSins sucks.
I think Cinemasins suck too, his jokes and writing has floundered by the next year he started. And now he comes off as a arrogant douchebag that knows everything about movie making. Or a completely clueless idiot on certain movies.

And all this came about when he has a million subs.

He's gone on record saying these videos are just for fun. He knows he's nitpicking.

He's said a lot of things about it, doesn't make the series any good regardless of what he's said. Plus, a lot of the stuff is literally just plain wrong. I never got the point of CinemaSins unless you're making fun of plain bad movies or legit movie criticism because if you point out some minor nitpick about a movie I love, I'll notice it then every time I watch it so what's the point? Sorta like how Batman riding through Millennium Station in The Dark Knight makes no sense if you're from Chicago know that train station.

And his Dear Hollywood videos, did he do that just for fun? Also in said Dear Hollywood video he wanted a new Jason Borne movie because he thinks they are cinematic masterpieces and whoopy woe, the newest movie sucked and was phoned in.
