Blastoise. Having Cannons on it's back is useful, especially when you mod them to be artillery cannons, or AA guns, paint ball cannons, or net cannons, etc etc.

A Forretress. Simply because in real life, people have guns and knives. Hiding behind that indestructible tank of a Pokemon is like having your own blast doors.
