One thing you would change about yourself, realistically or not...

My mother recently announced to me that she's undergoing surgery for breast implants. It was something she'd always talked about but I always thought she was kidding. Turns out it was something she'd always wanted.

So that got me thinking about things I'd want to do or change on my body, and I'll turn the question over to you:

A plastic surgeon comes to you and offers to do one procedure for free. It can be anything you want, from minor alterations to something bizarre and insane. I'll include tattoos and piercings as viable answers if you so desire.

Realistically, about all I'd want is a tattoo. A sweet tribal half-sleeve running from my neck to my elbow in a pattern similar to Chris Redfield's Heavy Metal outfit or my Brink character's arm.

I can't think of any visual changes that I'd like (I like myself just the way I am) but I'd like if someone fixed my sinuses. I can't breathe through my nose, it's killing me.
