I'd just generally ask to look less like a terrifying umbrella corporation produced abomination, but if it's a plastic surgeon and not a wizard, I'll only end up looking like a creepy plastic abomination instead.
So in the case of it being just a very good plastic surgeon...werewolf esque beast. I reckon he couldn't possibly make fur look plastic, and, although I may be revealing some underlying furry tendencies here (Don't gorram judge me, man!) it'd be kinda cool.

I want my nose fixing, I can't breathe through my right nostril God dammit. I've been repeatedly hit in the same spot at the top of my nose so many times without it breaking, the last time was when I got headbutted, it's fucked up something because if I put a finger up my right nostril it's blocked off by some kind of bone, whilst I can finger my brain through the other nostril. It's annoying, I'm fine with it being crooked at the top but SOMEONE FIX MY RIGHT FUCKING NOSTRIL SO I CAN BREAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTHHHEEEEE.

I feel as though I try hard to lose weight, but I seem to lack the self control and willpower to really make a dent. Still, I would feel like I've failed myself if I resorted to surgery to fix my obesity.

To be honest it's less about helping me become conventially good looking and more about indulging my insanity. People don't get plastic surgery for others; they get it for themselves. To make themselves more confident or to fit in with what they believe is an attractive look. If you were totally alone on a barren planet with nothing but a plastic surgery robot for company, some people would still get that liposuction or breast enlargement because it would make them feel right, even with nobody else to see it. I think that red eyes would be a cool thing to have, so that's what I'd go for.corsair47 said:

I have lost a lot of color from my skin, I wish I was dark again like I was when I was younger. I want to be dark skinned like a real Indian/Pakistani. But at least I'm not pale, I just went from a dark brown to a light brown skin tone and I don't like it at all.
