One thing you would change about yourself, realistically or not...

My knack of saying things without thinking.

Example of this at placement: Last week at my hospital placement, me and my mentor were told a woman with a BMI of 50 was coming in for a C-Section and she was going to have a spinal anaesthetic. Me, without thinking, said 'Okay, so do you actually want to bother with a spinal needle or shall I go fetch my harpoon?' - I could have been in A LOT of trouble for that remark if my mentor and the anaesthetist didn't have a sense of humour.

Example in public: Tends to be stupid things like yelling 'You're fucking welcome!' when I hold a door for someone who can't be bothered to say 'Thank you' 'Cheers' or at least some damn acknowledgement.

But there is one in particular I'm pretty ashamed of, some woman (with her gaggle of 5 little fuckers) was yelling at a bus driver for making her pay for one of her kids who she admitted was above the 'kids ride free' age. Everyone on the bus was now running late and getting annoyed at this stupid woman, she then yelled 'YOU DON'T KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO RAISE 5 KIDS ON MY BUDGET' to which I sat there and yelled 'Spend less fucking time with your legs open or start using contraception, your budget really isn't my fucking problem'.

That 'ability' has landed me in hot water on plenty of occasions and it's probably something I should try and change.

Realistically.
-Physical: Better eyes. I'd rather not have to wear glasses
-Mental: More drive. I can fix everything else(sans eyes) I wasn't running on fumes nowadays

Unrealistic.
Superpowers and lots of em.

There are some scars and blood vessels I'd rather not have, also I don't want to need glasses.

Anybody got a spare laser lying around?

I once told a 4-year old (who was a brat who never appreciated anything her parents did for her) that there was no Santa Claus, and that her parents were the ones getting her the elaborate doll-houses.

I'd replace one of my eyeballs with a camera that can take photos (as long as it looked like an eye and worked like a normal eye the rest of the time).

i would fix my short sightedness.

also, i'd change my body so that i'd actually be able to gain a bit weight (i'm medically under), then tone that weight into super muscle so i could lift cars and stuff...

I would turn on God Mode. Done.
same here. You kind of set yourself up for that with "realistically or not"
I'd become an all powerful deity and then i would be able to change anything i wanted. Multiple things. This kind of seems like cheating, since it would be a sort of asking for more wishes type of thing, but i don't care.
Then that is one hell of a plastic surgeon.

Non-realistically:Superpowers,specifically this one:http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Elemental_Manipulation

I'd like straight hair too. Then maybe I could finally wear it long without feeling like my head is a bush.

i don't need a plastic surgeon. I need to join a tribe in borneo. I want one of those tribal tattoos that goes around your entire torso and takes like three days of excruciating pain to do. now if it was only a plastic surgeon, I want to be blond instead of dark brown haired. i've always wanted to dye my hair crazy colors but can't because my hair is so dark.

And if we go the realm of stuff that ain't real i want Colossus's power from the x-men. Or Gambits.

Taking out fat deposits and moving them elsewhere. I also wish it was super easy for me to learn languages. I may never use them, but I wish I could speak more than English and the seriously broken French that I know.

Well, if I could get my cleft lip and palate fixed for good in one operation, that'd be nice. 16 years and counting of surgeries that do barely anything is getting tedious.
