Everything has pocket-change/items. Imagine the state of the world where you could get enough pocket change for a coke by swatting a fly! Or getting a shiny new pair of pants for killing a wasp!? I guess we kind of have this but without the instant gratification part (I already killed the alligator, so why can't the boots just materialize dammit?!)

Respawning would be nice too or, New Game (Life)+ would also be great but hey, maybe that's how multi-billionaires who gain their wealth by right of birth win that particular genetic jackpot.

Well extra lives and/or respawns would be pretty handy, and would allow me to live a more extreme lifestyle! Skate boarding on the autobahn highway while tethered to the back of a high speed vehicle? FUCK YES! I still have 18 more lives.

Would also be nice to receive more lives for every $100 I earn.

Well I would say Bullet Time (as that would be the shit) but in actually, I think the most usful would have to be a Save File that I could revert to before I make a decision.
