Online play 101
If you go and play online, what are the things you can or can?t do if you want to find your place in the community?

1) Some people play better than you, some worse. That is no reason to call the Hax or Noobs.
2) People are there to have fun. Taking advantages of glitches or spawn camping will get you knifed in your sleep.

Don't call everyone a "n00b" even if they are new to a game. Provide support, not criticism.

Generally be a dick in-game and as Hubert said, scream or constantly rant shit into the mic.
Being helpful also helps, such as giving support or cover shows them your serious about the game

Play as other people want to. If the majority are serious about it go with it, don't try to glitch or teamkill for laughs.

Dodging word filter is NOT okay (unless it's one of those annoying word filters where "title" is sensore because the word "tit" is in it.
Don't be a dick. (Unless your in a 4chan organized MMO raid)

1. Don't go online if you know you have a bad internet connection, this could make other people lag just like you.
2. Don't spam annoying sounds.
3. If you have a headset, and you aren't talking, press the mute button.
4. Don't invite me to a game I'm not playing at the moment, or ask me again after the previous five times.

No matter how nice you act, the other people you play with will most likely be assholes.

If you're not very good at the game and don't take verbal abuse well, just don't play online.

DON'T have some shitty quality metal music playing in the background, as it comes out as static. Don't insult other peoples abilities, unless they truely do suck, but only if they are an established player.

DO listen to teammates, provide cover and support, and generally, be a nice guy.

No pubic hair= No talking on the mic. End of story. Squealers can turn a fun game into a chore.

Find out who the server Admin are. I've lost count of how many people call Danny_Ocean or Root a ******, then are confused when they get booted.

Music is fine, but if you get called out for it, stop.

Personal rule, don't talk unless you really have to. Not playing games to hear chatter or how awesome your kill just was.
