This. I remember I played an online game with gender based off what class you picked, i wanted to try out the healer class or the "priestess". As soon as i spawn some random gives me some gear and asks to be my friend.

I took the stuff, added him and then got given more stuff!

Also if you're playing an fps, which has a flaregun which is extremely annoying to get hit by, DON'T think it's funny to ype "haha" every time you hit someone who's minding his own business.

If your having a conversation with someone, or are complaining about something, please mute your mic, no one wants to hear anyone *****.

Don't mention that your new, you'll most likely get kicked from every game you try to play.

Expect to have children cuss and question your sexuality. Also expect them to say they made sweet love to your mother.

If you don't take verbal abuse that well, just stay offline.

8.) Do not spawn camp. it's cheating. even if you can justify it in your head. it's cheating. It's disrespectful to the other team and the game it's self. In racing games. do not ram. If the game isn't a bumper car game. don't ram people. once again it's cheating and it'll do nothing but flag you

9.) If you lose. and lose badly do not email members of the winning team and talk shit. If you win. and win epically. do not email members of the other team and talk shit.

10.) After every game remember to tell the other team "gg" or "good game" or something encuraging. Remember, It's only a game and games are ment to be fun for everyone.

Well one thing you can do is a mic check. Just make sure you are not broadcasting any annoying background noises, are too close to the tv, and above all don't have any other people who are likely to scream into the mic while you are playing a game.

Other then that just try to be helpful and understanding. Don't let yelling be the first thing you do when you see some one doing something stupid, maybe try giving them advice and then if they tell you to jog on you can yell.

Oh, and above all else, pay attention when friendly fire is on, cause friendly fire ISN'T FRIENDLY!
