Name: Brian Macintyre
Codename: Storm shaper
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Country of Origin: Britain
Power Source: Genetic
Primary Power: His power is that of storm making. He can control lightning, thunder, wind, and rain to create powerful storms as well as drive them away. Early in his life he used this ability to create rain for farmers but in time he started using it to make ideal weather conditions for himself and the exact opposite for his enemy. Not to mention the occasional blast of lightning or thunder to incapacitate an opponent.
Secondary Skills: Skilled as a pilot, paratrooper, and sailor. Activities which he excelled at due to his powers. Specifically he can control wind currents to accurately control direction and speed of gliders, parachutes, sailboats, etc.
Weaknesses: Outside of his powers he is completely normal. Anything that would prove fatal or incapacitating to a human works on him as well. As such he needs to be careful in combat. His power is also affected by local weather conditions, making rain in the desert takes far more concentration than in the rainforests.
Appearance: He is 6 foot with athletic build, brown hair, and green eyes. Has a handlebar mustache and mutton chops. On missions he wears a simple RAF pilot's flight outfit complete with leather jacket and cap.
Example of outfit:
Cap:
Though this is modified with proper insignia for the RAF.
Biography: He grew up in the countryside of England and discovered his power around the age of fifteen. Since then he toured the countryside making rain for the farmers and villages who asked for a small fee. He did his best to downplay his gift, requesting that no mention be made of him in papers. Relegating him to something of a local legend under what would later be his codename.
At 18 he joined the RAF and flew as a fighter pilot during the Battle of Britain. This was when Her majesty's government found out about his power. He had been using it to aid in his air battles for some time then, Luftwaffe pilots often found themselves in small freak storms that would affect their ability to fly if not take a few of them down completely while his fellow RAF pilots were in clear skies. There were rumors among the other pilots that somebody had some kind of godly figure on their side whenever Brian's squadron flew. Those higher in the government suspected someone in the squad had such a power. Who it was with the power was confirmed when Brian was shot down over the middle of the channel yet somehow managed to land back at base near the coast. As he looks back on it, landing his parachute in plain view of everyone at the base probably wasn't his best idea.
