Opinions on some downloads.

I'm geting some microsoft points tommorow and am currently thinking about buying Shadow Complex and Psychonauts but my hard-drive has limited space, so this leaves me with a conundrum. And not the good kind of conundrum...

So do you recommend I purchase these games and if not, could you recomend me some other good ones?

Edit-I will be buying 2 games, not just one of them, should it factor into your opinion.

Do you have any demos, or unneeded files taking up your hard drive?
I recently cleared some of my extra stuff and it cleared my Xbox of 30 unused gigabytes.

I highly recommend Psychonauts. I bought it over XBL also and it worked pretty well. Just make sure you have a decent internet connection and an open NAT or it won't download =/

Shadow Complex was pretty good for 7 hours then it just got repetitive and boring.

Shadow complex is great, trials HD is supposed to be good too and battle field 1943 had it's moments but I don't know how many people play it anymore

Eh I personally got bored of Psychonauts too fast so I would not recommend it. It is not bad from what I saw but it is not good either so meh. (Plus it kept fucking crashing so naturally I hate it)
But what is the problem with the HD? Delete some porn and you are good to go.

Its not porn,(must go download porn!) its just that its only a 20-gig one so it will fill up very easily.

OMG you have less than 20'000 posts and cannot possibly have a valid opinion... or not...


...anyway.

Psychonauts definately, it's by no means perfect. But even in an age of indie downloadable games it's still pretty much unique in the gaming world. It's clever, quite playable and extremely funny.

Begs the question is there anything on the hdd you can live without? Things like music you have on cd and free demos/cd's and such.

Another question...

When I am playing Psychonauts, will I still be able to accsess the 360's guide menu? I know you can't on the original xbox discs, but I should be able to if I am playing it from the hard-drive.

Hard question, I really don't think you'd lose either way. Psychonauts is a crazy platformer, and Shadow Complex is awesome, though if you hate the 2D MetroidVania class of games, you probably wont like it much. All else fails? Flip a coin, you'll be happy either way.
