opinions on walking dead's season premiere

so walking dead season 2's premiere just ended what's everyone's opinion on it?
I thought it was a good opener (and the ending caught me off guard)

I think that minimalist threads just asking what we think of a tv show with zero purpose or direction are bloody irritating and just stink of people just wanting to make a thread about it before anyone else.
I also think the 50 repeat threads of this crap will be highly annoying.

3 of these fucking things all within 2 minutes and none of them with any discussion value.

What is also annoying is people copying and pasting their complaints. If you don't like like the threads feel free to ignore them.

Did not think they'd go and do that. Can't remember ever seeing something like that pulled off in a TV show or movie before--to their credit, the scene was... I don't want to say tasteful but it wasn't overly brutal or or just vulgar as it could've been.

Really interested to see how this season is going to play out, the season preview at the end of the episode was much more interesting than any of the trailers up to this point.

Oh, and Darryl is one awesome redneck.

Dude, howabout you just calm down and wait for the excess topics to die off? Eventually there will be only one popular one. You getting all pissy about this is only screwing the chance for interesting discussion. The purpose of the thread is to discuss the episode in general, by its nature it does not nor should it designate a specific item of that episode to discuss.
