Otakon, Who is going?

I was just curious as to how many other escapists were going to Otakon. If yes, and you're cosplaying who/what are you going as? Some friends and I are going as the personality cores from the portal series.

I've never heard of this Otakon. And if I did know what it was and was going I would don my L cosplay once again.
