Probably that I'm overly cynical, although some say it's the good part of me. I'm quite argumentative, with reason, most of the time. Then finally that I am somehow overwhelmingly sarcastic, most people can't tell whether i'm being sarcastic or not and that typically annoys a lot of people.

Probably that I'm stubborn. And I am. I really can't help it. (And even if I could I wouldn't, mwhahahaa).

And that I'm antisocial, which I guess is kind of true. I'm social with few people, that's all.

I've been told I'm a lazy, procrastinating drama queen, and that's pretty much a dead on assessment of the negative aspects of me.

It's a good thing I've got so many other nice things to balance it all out.

Believe me when I say that just because a lot of people believe you are something doesn't make it true. Take Mr. Darcy in pride and prejudice, most thought he was a snobbish ****, with no affection to anyone aside from his rich important friends. In truth, he was a sweet man hiding his personality behind the expected vale, as well as suffering some particularly annoying experiences.

... wow... that's the first time I've seen someone use FitzWilliam as an analogy for character misjudgements. A fair one... and now I'm thinking of Jennifer Ehle... ¬_¬

OT: I'm a foul-tempered jerk... however, I defend this, because apparently, I lose my temper out of the blue. But I blame other people for being too witless to see that I'm getting pissed off...

Well, I've been called a pessimist.

And lazy.

And ignorant.

And antisocial.

None of which I can really argue with. I typically view things as "How bad could this go?", I'm pretty damn lazy, The Escapist is just about my only way of keeping up with anything resembling recent news and topics because I mostly just don't care about a lot of things that don't affect me personally, and I think I have a grand total of one or two friends who I actually associate with on what could be considered a "regular" basis.

And yet, when I'm actually around people I'm usually cheery, laughing, joking, and having a good time, I've never really had anyone complain about my company, and I made friends very easily all throughout high school.

What are people's biggest criticisms of you, and do you think they're founded?

I have an addictive personality and i'm always on the internet RPing, and it drives my brother crazy. He says that my RP addiction isn't healthy, and that i'm stunting my social skills.

Yeah..he's TOTALLY right. I am an rp addict and i have no social skills. I still won't change anything though as there are far worse things to be addicted to.

I've also been called too trusting, and too eager to make friends, too willing to blindly believe people.

Yup..I guess i'm naieve ^^

I'm told that I'm cold-hearted and callous. I'm angry, shallow and flirtatious, I'm too flighty and don't have the proper amount of respect for women. I'm too proud of my intelligence and use it as a shield to avoid dealing with people I consider beneath me. I'm arrogant, conceited, sophomoric and just generally an asshole. I agree with all of these.

Well they say I'm weird, but also that I'm too monotone and always look bored which is true, even though I'm actually very easily entertained I do always look and sound bored, I've been told that I'm too careless too which I guess it's true, too clumsy which is 100% true as I keep crashing into everything and tripping everywhere, I've also been told that I'm an asshole but I think that's just because I tend to be very direct when talking, also people criticize my lack of humour and the fact that I don't seem to like anything, which I guess it's true since I almost never laugh, and well as I said I always look and sound bored so it's easier to tell when I don't like something, since when I like something I still come across as bored.

Obsessive and disinterested in things not directly in my interest or that I don't necessarily enjoy.

These are just a few of the most levelled criticisms against me.

That I get too angry about things (I prefer "passionate"), that I can be selfish (depends how much I like you. Although the only person who says this to me is my mother, so probably not the biggest deal), and that I don't suffer fools (absolutely true).

I'm becoming increasingly aware of my flaws and trying to use the ones I know about to my advantage. I was an insufferable teenager though.

Mostly that I have my head in the clouds and seem to be off in la la land. Which is completely true. Otherwise that I'm arrogant, which is partially true, and that I can be really annoying, which is deliberate.

Also I get called a dick a lot and that is pretty true.

Also fat and likewise.

Depressing, pessimistic, low self-esteem, mental, lazy, procrastinating, intelligent, articulate, hilarious, socially awkward, anxious, attention-seeking, unmotivated, cynical, paranoid, self-loathing, perverted, insecure, obsessive-compulsive, petty, fussy, cute, stubborn, hypocritical, weird, eccentric.

All things that people have called me, and apart from "attention-seeking" and "cute", they're all true. But whatever. I'm kind of working on the negative traits that I know myself are hampering my lifestyle.

Well, often times I'm told I'm perfect and it really hurts my feelings. It's like they don't even try to get to know the real me, see who I really am, and truly appreciate both my virtues and flaws. Well, flaw, but you know what I mean.
