Hey, normally more of a lurker than a poster (which should be glaringly obvious over to the left), but I figured you guys might appreciate this.

I made a gingerbread castle the other day.

Also, it's not perfect, but I'm fairly happy with it for my first attempt at a gingerbread house.

Me and my sisters made a gingerbread house last Christmas, and then didn't have the heart to eat it, it's still in our front room, it looks tasty, but there's no way I'm trying a bit now.

The flag didn't stay attached for that long after the photos, so the narrative is that Mario came by and got a 1-up, tearing down the flag.

I really don't have the heart to eat it, but currently in a house with five other people who are probably secretly very eager to nom on it.

Also, thanks for the praise. I plan on redoing it at some point, and trying to fix a few things with it (wonky flagpole, gaps in construction, etc.)

Also, any interest in construction? I could do a little ramble about it if people want.
