Its both, a munchkin is a cat with a genetic dissorder for short legs. I can happen to any breed of cat, I think.

Around a minute in I got the horrible feeling something awful was going to happen either to the cat or to my head from the overload of cuteness, but for me it went into the "sickly sweet" range as in I felt like more of it would make me throw up.
