Outland is free on Steam till the 8th

There's this game on Steam called Outland. As a way to advertise the fact that their next game is preorderable, the devs made the game free for a couple of days.

Fuck. I bought it a few months ago. Its very good. I recommend it. Very smooth platformer, kinda like Guacamelee, without the silliness.

Actually, it feels very much like Mark of the Ninja, with the character size and how he moves and fights, so cool looking.

At this point, early on, I feel like Guacamelee has better combat, but I can see where you're coming from. Slide to launch, up slash to catch, then jump slash to finish.

ive been a gamer since the mid 70's and the one genre i detest with a passion are platformers, so much so ive never touched a nintendo game ever haha
