Over 9000 inconsistance

Hey guys I was watching a DBZ Marathon and I saw the famous "Over 9000 video" Now I've been watching DBZ since I was young, and I've always noticed that in the video Vegeta's voice was much different, but I always attributed it to the fact that a voice actor can change tone as a series progresses.
And in this episode (now remember I haven't watched DBZ in years.) Vegeta has his (Current?) voice actor doing the over 9000, so it was a different voice actor and they did a redub?
I'm completely confused, can somebody clear this up for me?

The second one you posted (Current Voice) is the real voice, i remember the (current) voice as the one they used in the original series

Didn't DBZ change hands at some point?
Like one company was doing dubs, but they were failing and it passed onto a different one.

Maybe it was another anime I'm thinking of.

Yeah if I remember correctly it was Oceans or something, then it went to Funimation
