In Dragon Quest 8. The Dragovian Trials, I beat the whole game and started doing those. Sure Im not max level and everything but I got stuck at the second prick. And there are 7! D:
Slime Hill + Yangus' Executioner = Mad XP = Slightly easier

Also probably didn't have the best armor/weapons but considering that was optional meh.
Mankey=Low Kick=Dead first gym

And the Dragovian trials aren't hard, as you said, if you power level on Metal Kings.

Golden Sun 2.

there is a secret Boss called Dullahan.

Aside from having powerful Psynergy, Stats, and high HP & PP.

He has a move called Djinn Storm.
(Djinn are Equipable creatures that alter your stats and classes, and let you Summon)
It would put ALL of your party's Djinn in Recovery, messing up your stats and moves, and keep you from Summoning.
He liked to use that move a lot BTW.
I remember that guy. Fun battle. ("Fun" is subjective.)

As for me, is there any way to actually freakin BEAT Metroid Prime 2's boss? Emperor Ing's first form is a pain in the ass, with those giant tentacles flailing around, and on top of that, when you actually damage him, Nintendo did a massive DICK movie extraordinaire by putting massive blinders on his weak spot, making the hole to shoot an INCH in diameter.

And that's round 1. 3 whole rounds of that crap and then Dark Samus appears out of nowhere to sap the remainder of your health. (I ran out of ammo during the first part of the fight, and had MAYBE a tank left?)
I found his first form kinda easy.
Once you get the Tentacles out of the way, just moving around the boss and using Super Missiles to seek his weak point was the best way to do it.

No....the 3Rd form......
BS.
I had to spam the Light Cannon most of the time.

Miguel in Chrono Cross. Took me forever and a day. At one point I gave up on the game because I couldn't beat it and came back months later.
Glad I'm not the only one that had an issue with him. Miguel, FATE, and the Time Devourer all kicked my ass on a regular basis, even replaying it for the THIRD time using the New Game+.

I also remember that I killed him in the first round.

Seriously, I had searched for walthroughs on this guy alone before attempting to kill him. But I had all my Djinn set and just unleashed everything on him. He died after my third summon, I think.

I was really surprised. >=D
Well arnt you the Lucky one!
What Summons did you have at the time?
All of them I think. I was prepared like crazy for that one.

I had more trouble with the Star Magician.

Bloody healing balls

......I loved Star Magician.
:3
He was a fun boss, once i got all of his Balls to those Purple Jupiter Balls, the rest of the fight was a Piece of Cake.
I just kept Buffing my teams RES with Shena's Psynergy and the Balls did little DMG.

The doom dragon from Golden Sun 2. His favourite attack combo was Djinn Storm (Putting all your Djinni in recovery and making you a lot weaker and then Cruel Ruin (A ridiculously overpowered super move which pretty much killed you unless you had all your djinn available), in the later stages of the battle it got to the point where if the game decided it didn't want you to win that time it would just unleash that... many times did my gameboy hit the wall.

The point was Biran and Yenke would be very much stronger than Kimahri during this particular battle. So with massive leveling up or cheating they would be much stronger. Like most battles similar to this there is always one or two ways to win if you find them. One is this way and I think the other way is use self-destruct.

Twinrova from Zelda: Oracle Of Seasons (or Ages) It's so monotomous that I don't even know how many hits she can take or that I'm doing something wrong. Eventually I just blunder and die. And then to think I might have to fight Ganon next. UGH!
I believe you just hit the fire balls at the blue one and the ice balls at the fire one, then when they merge, whack em with yer sword, then when she goes two different colours, fire scent seeds at her.

For me, that wasnt the hard bit, it was figuring out the bloody puzzle before hand, although I was pretty young at the time
Scent.... Scent Seeds...? After what... eight years or so I can't figure out that I had to use SCENT SEEDS?! RAAAAAAGE! I'm going to play it right now!
Twinrova, you filthy HAG! Prepare to be scorched by my wicked comeback!
You do mean that I hit her and then shoot the seed? Not that there is a third form?

By the gods... You are right. I did it! I finally did it! T-Thank you... O_O So much...

The Two I have to metion are

1 Omega Weapon(Final Fantasy VIII) Unless you have Items like holy war (Which makes you party invincble for a short period of time) He is impossible to beat he a has a phiscal attack that can do 3000 points of damgage. Can use the games most powerful magic spells. Abosborbes all eltmental damamge( It heals him). Can use death spell that can kill any charcter whose level is a mutliple of 5. (unless you make your own party members imuune to death ahead of time). Can use ultima weapons best attack light pillar which does 9999 points of damage to a single charcter. And finally has an attack called Terra Break( Which is still probally one of the coolest attacks ever to get wiped out by in a video game) Where he hits your entier party with engery blast aattacks that due 9999 points of damgage apice to every party member. And level grinding won't help much aganisit him because all the enemys in the game are the exact same level as your highest level party member.

2 Onslaught( Marvel vs Campcom 1) His first forms prety tough but can be deftead with some practice but in his seconed form he literally becomes the background of the entire stage has very few vunerbal points which he's very good at protecting and can literally elimante your fighters with a singal shot. It took me forever to beat this guy and it didn't help that I didn't own a copy of the game( I would play it in my spare time at Peter Piper Pizzas acrade untill I ran out of tokens)

The reason I metion these two Is because these are the only two bosses that I have ever beaten ONCE!

For me it would have to be Seth at the end of Super Street Fighter IV. I'm a reasonably good Seth player, and I know that a few of his moves are impossible to combo, but the A.I does it, probably to see how long it takes me to Rage quite and vow never to play the game again...

I'll be very surprised if someone else hasn't mentioned this already, but I make a habit of bringing this up every time one of these threads comes along:
