Weapons are overpowered in real life but I see where your going with this. So i'll say BFG9000 in doom2.

Its more as to say... overpowered so that it sort of "ruins" the game, giving no need to use other weapons

This, oh-so-very-very-much. Completely upgraded Omega RYNO-4-Ever goes as far as making the game embarrasingly easy, and comes with a disclaimer stating: usage may make the game no longer fun.

A Kar98K in a CoD2 mod a friend of mine made, in one version of the mod it has infinite ammo and shoots so really fast, in the other version it was the same, but instead of bullets, it shoots rockets (jumping of a building while shooting down will launch you out of the map, and when you're far enough the server which hosts the game will crash.)

The Brittish grenade in another mod he made for CoD2, it kills everyone on the map.
(Yes, those mods did amuse us for a while.)
