I think he did just come out with one, if Rolling Stone is to be believed. Apparently it isn't very good and no one is buying it though.

Rolling Stone needs to review more metal though. They have more industrial-blues-influenced-indie-folk-funky-dance-pop reviews than I knew existed, but they haven't reviewed a metal album since August. Fucking August. And the Sword is good, but barely metal.
