If I do approve this character then I hope you understand that he will be head hunter by majority of all the gods and their followers.
Well, yes. The point here was to make him interesting...

What do you still disapprove of?

EDIT: btw, this is what I meant: http://home.exetel.com.au/thrace/swords_main.htm

"With each waking moment our father becomes stronger. As we let the Titans roam free our father stays slowly reforming. We need to act now brother or all will be lost," the God of the Underworld reaveled himself from the darkest of shadows.

"Our brother speaks the truth Zeus. We need to destroy all the Titans and spare none. If we act now we may be able to stop Cronus without bringing about another Great War," Posideon slowly gazed over his seas as he sit a top Olympus.

With his back twoard his kin Zeus slowly turned to his brothers with a dire look upon his face. He knew that slaying the Titans would be impossible. Milennia had passed since the great war between the Titans and the Gods. Over the years the God's powers slowly slipped away form their grasp. If another war should occur it would be obvious who would emerge triumphant.

Zeus slipped upon his throne and looked down upon the world below him. There would only be pne thing that may save them now.

"Bring me Hermes now!!!"

Thaddeus laid upon the shore the clouds steadily approching. They seemed to roll unaturaly across the sky. Thaddeus could sense turmoil and greif pouring out from the heavens. As he rose he could feel the ground beneath him shaking. Something was coming, something unknown and untouched by time. Something that would shake even the walls of Olympus. The tremor fadded as fast as it came. Thaddeus sprinted along the coast waiting for where the Gods would lead him to next.

Ok for your opening posts I need you to describe an average day in your character's live/

Heraphius woke very early in the morning, before it was light outside. He got up quickly from his small cot and fast walked over to the forge, where he began lighting the fires. He turned back after the fires were started and headed back into the backroom and threw on a shirt and some pants and grabbed his apron. He took the tools he would be needing for the day an set them on his work bench. He then went back into his room and took out a box. He opened this box and took out his special hammer. He said a quick prayer for his fallen master before picking the hammer up and setting it too on the bench. Once the forge was hot enough he began his day of work. He picked up a project he had been working on for a few days for a man, an iron breastplate. It was all there, just not formed yet. He smiled as he set it down on the anvil and twirled his hammer around. The resounding sound of metal on metal rang out as he began his work. He began shaping the metal out and forming it together, linking peices together in the forge and hitting the metal repeatedly. This one project took him all day, he tool pride in his work and made sure everything was perfect. There was to be no flaw, a ***** in the armor could mean death for the wearer, and he did not want that on his head. He tool his time, checking over every small detail before finally engraving a small symbol on the bottom of the breastplate, kind of like a signature for him. He took it out front and hung it on a empty armor rack, and waited for the man to come, it was nearing the time he said he wanted it ready by. Since he had time, he decided to polish it untill it shined, the sun reflecting off of every surface of it. He smiled, knowing the man would be happy. When the Man showed up minutes later Heraphius took the armor off the rack and handed it to the man for inspection. Once the man looked it over, he was really impressed. He handed Heraphius a sack of money, his armor didn't come cheap, but it was perfect. After the dealings with the man Heraphius went back in and put out the forge, cleaning out the soot and ash from inside and cleaning it out. He hung his tools back up and tool his apron off. Last but not least, he put his hammer back in the box, thanking his master for all he had done. It was late, so he went to bed and awaited the next day of work. He loved what he did, and would never do any other job.

Protheus was meditating when a shout brought him out of his trance. He ran to the front desk to see a man nursing what seems to be his wife. The women has hives all over her face. Protheus brings the women to the back room. He puts his hand on her to calm her with his soothing touch and looks at her face. He sighs in relief as he see's the stinger. "Your wife is just acting out from a bee sting." He says as he grabs some herbs in a poultice and puts it on here hives. "Good thing she didn't choke to death"

"Thank you Protheus" The Man says as he hugs here wife avoiding her face. he drops ten drachma on the herb stand and walks out of the store. "Good luck to you!" Proteus yells after them as he starts making some rash poultices that were in high demand from bedbug bites.

Name: Theseus (prefers Theece)

Age: 23

Gender:Male

Lineage: Son of Apollo.

Home: Crete

Appearance: Theseus is reasonably tall and lean, with fiery eyes (mostly from the fact his dad is the god of the sun) and short hair

Body Type:

Short vs Tall: (1= shortest, 10= tallest) : 7
Skinny vs Fat: (1= skinniest, 10= fattest) : 4
Lean vs Buff: (1= lean muscle, 10= buff muscle) : 1
Limber vs Solid: (1= very limber, 10= very solid): 1

Personality: Theece doesn't particularly enjoy fighting, but he won't hide from it. He has a very sarcastic personality, and doesn't make a secret out of the fact he resents working for divine beings, because they don't particularly care how many mortals die so long as they get what they want

Affiliations: Hermes

History: Life began for Theece as it begins for many: Apollo took a fancy to Theeces mother, she got knocked up, Apollo walks off as soon as he sees another dame. All this time not mentioning he is a god. This time, however, the god managed to leave behind one of his bows. It wouldn't kill any gods, but it would never break, shoot much farther and with more power then another bow. But his mother didn't really care for an all powerful bow while they were starving on the streets, so she ended up selling it to a weapons dealer. She was stiffed, having no idea how high quality this weapon was.

The money ran out about 2 years later, when she had a small cabin on the outskirts of the city. She got a job doing laundry for the richer nobles while raising her child, who, she was just beginning to realize, was rather exceptional in several areas. Fast forward about 8 years. Her 10 year old son, who has been stealing from the rich and giving to the poor-namely, himself. Has saved enough money to buy a bow so he can hunt for pelts to make clothing, and meat to eat so his mother can take it easy for a while. He quickly realizes that he is a natural born archer, and within a month is bringing in larger game quite often, enough extra for his mother to get him an education.

At around age 16, Thece can shoot at a skill level equivalent to a Grand Master who has spent his entire life in archery. He is then contacted by Hermes, who has heard of his prowess and put 2 and 2 together, who informs him he is a demi-god, and that his birthright-the bow from earlier is now in the collection of king of Crete, in his armory. So Thece spends weeks concocting a plan to break into the kings castle, and on one particularly dark night, executes his plan, leaving only a few guards with headaches behind. Immediately after this, He is contacted by Hermes and is informed he passed the test, and that he will commence working for him immediately, in exchange for lavish riches and the like. He then spent several years working for him, until around age 21 he was contacted by Hermes about the current incident.

Jace was working late on one person who was brought directly to his tent, tucked away from the city in a anonymous backstreet. In Delphi there was always work, he just had to wait for them to find him. People didn't often come to him due to his young age and purported attitude, but he got result's better than anyone else they could see and those who caim to him praise him as a miracle worker. The man before him was beaten violently in a mugging he had sustained a broken leg, and someone stabbed him in the stomach before he was dragged in.

"You know you saved his life by bringing him to me, I am younger than those old useless fool's but if you brought him to them, they would say he had too little faith in the god's, or would give him a wondrous mixture of pomegranate and mercury while hacking off his leg" he said in a mocking tone as he got out his medical equipment. The other man spoke up "Please, just help him. He is my only brother..." he was cut off by Jace as he began to treat the injured man who was laid out on a table.

He first went about to set the broken leg, it wasn't cleanly broken and being dragged through the street's only worsened the condition. He used two pieces of wood to straighten the leg out and re-set the bone. There was a grinding noise and the man writhed in pain, "WILL you hold him still!? He bellowed to the other as he tried to bandage the leg. The other one complied and held him while Jace finished bandaging. Then he addressed the stab wound. It was in the stomach and was shallow all thing?s considered, but he was bleeding quite a bit from the area. He reached for some water to clean the wound and quickly staunched the bleeding. The man moaned as the process was finished and Jace stitched the wound shut, he grabbed the other man by the shoulder and walked him away, "he's going to be fine, just let him lay here for some time and he will be able to leave this place. But I think he will be walking with a limp for the rest of his day's" he said regretully. "I dont care, you saved his life, that has to count for something" the man's brother said with a bewildered smile as he sat down by the delirous man.

Jace left the tent to give the man and his brother some privacy and looked up to the sky, he ran his bloodstained hand through his hair and looked up into the sky. Thing's look uneasy... is it time to pick up and move again? He pondered to himsef.

Sorry about the length, guess I got carried away on the subject

Ramses beheaded a Greek raider. He said he wasn't, so Ramses knew he was.
His patrol slaughtered three more as they marched home.

As they walked through the woods, horses were heard. The warriors hid behind the tall pine trees as ten war chariots approached through a nearby road. Narrow. Quite narrow.
"So narrow, the fools are probably lined up one by one", he whispered to his men, and they all knew what to do.

A tree fell and blocked the road behind the chariots. A crazed man with an axe sprung out shortly afterward, breaking the first horse's back with a mighty blow. Within seconds, Ramses' men were by the chariots, slaughtering horse and driver and archer alive.
"If you'd only fought like real men", screamed Ramses, covered in blood "you would have lived. But you came here as archers, so..." A head rolled on the snow.

As usual, his men couldn't help but cheer as their leader jumped went from enemy to enemy, reminding them to stay near the enemy formation. "Archers do not have what it takes to shoot arrows at their own kind, mingle with the chariots!"
Short work was made of many an invader, and that day Ramses discovered just how pleasing it was to throw a man into a crazed horse's hooves.
When the battle ended, all remaining horses and all weapons and all armor were gleefully looted, and within minutes war stories were already being shared. Ramses saw this, and was pleased. But then he saw a wounded man slumbering through the woods. Ramses ran to him and ran him through with his sword. And as he fell, he took hold of his hand and cut a small knife free.
"Barbarian!", gasped the wounded man as he died "Do you at least know who it is that you kill?"

"Not a Thracian", answered Ramses, to which there was much rejoice later in the city.

As the skies grew dark Thaddeus found himself sprinting down a path heading down toward Delphi at a comfortable 26mph. The road was surrounded with plains which were covered with various crops. Thaddeus decided to push himself to the limits and see how long it would take him to get to Delphi. As he started to speed up he could feel the difference on the bottoms of his feet. The feeling was close to running across burning sandpaper. Thaddeus seemed to be cutting through the air around him like a knife through butter. He could feel a warmth surging through his body, a feeling all demigods natural feel when they surpass the mortal limits.

Closer down the path a steady rain slowly started to fall. Even though the roads started to evolve into mud Thaddeus continued. He soon picked up something out of the corner of his eye. He slid along the mud and pulled a 180. He saw 3 several armed men chasing after a fleeing woman.

Thaddeus made his way toward the woman and the men. 2 of the men threw a net on the woman as she squirmed to get out. Thaddeus quickly found himself with his spear drawn and mid way in the air. He brought the spear down hard into the man's breastplate. As the man fell under the weight of Thaddeus he was greeted by a fist to the head. The two women with the net left heir new "catch" and turned their attention to Thaddeus. They both brought their swords quick and fast aiming straight for Thaddeus. Though when they looked he wasn't there.

They searched with no avail and turned to see the woman gone leaving all but just a net.

A couple of miles up the road. Thaddeus collapsed as his spear slowly dimmed. The woman rose and stood over Thaddeus glaring down at him.

"What I don't even get a thank you?" Thaddeus joked his head half covered in dirt. His body now felt like it was on fire from inside out.

"You've got to stop burning yourself out. You'll never end up as fast as me like that," the woman bent down and placed her hand on Thaddeus neck.

Suddenly his body felt calm and at rest again. The fire inside quickly died down. He slowly raised to his feet and understood who he now was talking to.

"Dad hmmm I wasn't expecting to see you like....this."

"Oh sorry about that," the woman quickly shifted revealing a glowing life soon being replaced by a young man who could be mistaken as Thaddeus' brother. They slowly walked down the path together which ended with them both running at full speed.

"I have a message from Zeus. We really need your help. This isn't some thing that you can brush off like you usually do. I'm going to need you to collect some people for me," Hermes passed a scroll to Thaddeus.

Thaddeus quickly looked over the scroll which was filled with a list of names.

"The closest one is in Delphi and....oh wait were here."

The two came to a sliding stop and the gates of Delphi.

"O.K. dad I'll...," as Thaddeus looked up he noticed that his pa drifted back into the wind,"Never the one for goodbyes."

As Thaddeus continued into Delphi the scroll slowly turned into a map and found himself deep in the backstreets.

The party lasted long into the night. Well...it could well have. Sol didn't really know, he'd left half way through. The music jangling through his head, he'd wandered out of the party, a jug of the best wine in his hands, and a woman over each over shoulder. They staggered down the cobbled street, the light from the acropolis spilling out down the hill and onto the main town.
"Wooooo' Sol shouted, party because he could, partly to get the sound of the bad popular music out of his head. the two women with him also let out cries, cuddling closer. They went down the hill, singing and staggering about.

At the bottom, a young guard burst out of the Small toll house. "Halt" he shouted. Sol spun around, splashing wine over his two women. "Youshhh knows whosh i sih" he slurred.

The guard saw his face. "Oh Sol Invictus. Lord" He saluted, and stood aside. "Go through lord"

"Donstnt letsstthh it happensh apgainsh"

Rehmes was crouching on the side of the road, waiting for a carriage with her target inside to pass, she was waiting patiently as she did always when they came. Three guards, easy, she had taken out many more before. She waited for them to pass her and she quickly dashed the one behind and stabbed him in the neck. This alerted the others to her.
'Stop! By the name of Zeus, he's dead! Kill the murderer!'
Rehmes redyed her sword, she was expecting to fight and wasn't scared by the least of these sorry excuse for guards, they had only light chest armor and a helmet, the rest was just plain clothes. Their swords were pathetic and old marks from previous battles were all over them. This would be a easy fight. They ran at her and stopped in-front of her.
'It's a woman? This will be easy!'
One swung at her, she dodged back, the other attempted to stab her, she knocked it out of his hand. Now it was her turn, she seized the moment as the guard rushed to his sword and slashed at the back of his neck, his neck was cut about halfway which was enough to assume he was dead. She pulled the sword back out and prepared for the last guards attack. It never came, he ran in the opposite direction she ran after him and jumped on his back.
'You are a pathetic excuse for a guard, I've killed thieves braver then you.'
She stabbed the side of his neck and stood up. The man driving the carriage looked into her eyes. She walked beside the horses and looked back. He was breathing heavily and was sweating obviously scared for his life. She walked past him and into the carriage she heard him run off.
'Who are you!?'
Inside was the target. He was fat and old, wearing robes and a unique golden necklace.
'Tell me your name!'
She looked at him and drew her sword. He flinched she pulled her sword back and stabbed him in the head then took his necklace as proof. She then walked out and went back to her hiding spot where she put her normal clothes, she put them on and walked down the road her assassin clothes in a backpack with the necklace.
It took me a while to post. I was asleep.
