So, my housemate is planning on having his birthday a superhero themed party, just super heroes, NO VILLAINS! As a girl my choices are limited, I've already decided that I don't want to dress up as Batgirl, Wonder Woman, Powergirl, Supergirl, or Catwoman. I also want to stay away from obvious X-men characters.

If I could get a few ideas I'd be very appreciative.

Silk Spectre is an idea. Famous form Watchmen, bit sleek and sexy if you want to go down that route. You could go as Robin, yes there was a female one. Mrs incredible or Violet (the daughter in the incredibles). Hit Girl form Kick Ass. Found a Judge Anderson costume but thats more comics than supers. If you want you could go as a male character, I saw a pretty workable female Captain America outfit. The Green Lantern Corps have female members so you could look into that. Elektra. Spiderwoman. She-Hulk, ok maybe not that. All I can think of other than that is a Power Ranger costume.

It has basically every costume I mentioned and you can google the rest. Seeing as you don't really know any heroines and are asking our adivce on who to go as I doubt your prepared to make it, so my advice is the look through here and see if anything takes your fancy. its all very well us recomending stuff but the practical side is you'll need to buy it affordably and in the right size.

Damn, was gonna recommend Power Girl. How about Huntress? She's kick-ass. Or Hit-Girl? Orrrr a Star Sapphire? But they look proper slutty. Or there's Scarlet Witch or Emma Frost
