PC gamers, do you use any gaming specific gear?

For RTSes or shooters, no. I use a plain ol' two-button+wheel corded optical mouse and a fairly normal keyboard I've had for over 5 years...
For flight sims, I have a ten-year-old joystick, and for racing I have a fairly expensive steering wheel/pedal setup.

I have the same mouse as the OP. Although, I do like it and don't regret the purchase, I see no reason to get another gaming mouse when this one eventually dies. I'll never be a pro gamer, what do I need greater mouse precision for? It's looks cool and I can control my music player from any program, but not really worth the premium price (though this one is a deal compared to Razer and other gaming brands). Next time, I'll probably get a cheap mouse, but one that has at least one extra button, because binding my push to talk key to my mouse is great.

Aside from that, I have a pair of Razer Carcharias Headphones. They sound good and NEVER become uncomfortable (other than overly warm harms once in awhile) no matter how long I wear them. They have two significant flaws and one fatal. There's a remote built into the cord, which does nothing all that useful except degrade the quality of the line and the mic isn't anything special. It's fatal flaw is that it leaks sound like no other. I have to turn my game volume way down so the mic doesn't pick up my sound and annoy the crap out of everyone on vent. Razer never published my review of them on their site, even if I did give them 4 out of 5 stars.

My keyboard is a cheap one, but reliable. That's about it I think. Oh, wait enraptured reader! I also have a F310 Logitech gamepad and a Tatsunoko vs Capcom fightstick (along with a Wii to USB adapter). Also, some really old wireless Logitech gamepad.

A Razer Abyssus gaming mouse and Razer BlackWidow mechanical keyboard; the sleekest possible things to have on your desk.

I accually use a very old style keyboard, I've had for like 10 years. It's very basic. I like it that way. I don't know why, but i just don't like alot of the newer keyboards. Maybe it's my big hands, but when i used one of new keepboard they sent me with my new PC a few years back, i keep accdently hitting the stupid "sleep" mode button that was WAY to close to my tab key, which i use ALOT in many different games. So i ditched it and got a keyboard with no extra keys.

My mouse, is a gaming mouse, i forget the name, with a few extra buttons on the side. I think it's got a total of... 4 extra, 2 each side, all programable. I've really gotten used to having afew extra commands binded to my mouse, i doubt i would want to game without them at this point. And i've got some decent gaming headphones, for better sound.

I always use gaming mice. I wont use one unless it has side buttons.

Also, since I play shooters witht he arrow keys, I go out of my way to find special keyboards that have the "delete", "end", and "page down" keys directly above the arrow keys instead of slightly spaced. This is actually the main reason why I haven't gotten into gaming keyboards yet. They all assume you're using WASD.

I have a gaming mouse, keyboard and a 360 controller dongle. The weird thing is I use them for less gaming related things now. The gaming keyboard's backlit keys are probably it's most useful function so I can write in the dark, the 360 controller is set up as a media control so I can cosy up in bed and watch stuff, and I personally don't know how people survive without the speed and precision of a gaming mouse in everything they do.

My Keyboard is designed more for ergonomic typing than gaming, but I have a new Logitech G300 mouse which is made for gaming with a nice set of programmable buttons and LED lights that you can customise. I also use a Logitech (I like Logitech) G13 GameBoard that is a mini keyboard with mappable buttons and an LCD display for my gaming (rather than the keyboard).

I've only had the mouse for a week, but it seems to go quite well with the gameboard. They're both programmed using the same software, and I've set it so the lights match (Blue for gaming mode, and white for standard mode).

Standard keyboard
Fatal1ty Gaming Headset
Cyber Snipa mouse

All have served me well so far with no faults detected for the 3/4 years I have owned them.

Logitech G13 gameboard. Cannot recommend it enough. Has a thumb stick so you can move in an analogue way, the main advantage joypads have over keyboards. As many illuminated programmable and non ghosting key you could want under your fingers and a little LCD screen which seems useless, but is actually fantastic for giving in games stats.
