PC games you can't rememeber.

Hi, anyone who can help I would be grateful.

I use to play this PC game, maybe 1990s to 2000s tho early 2000s.
So anyway the main character is male, his robe/dress in aqua blue I think, use to control him with the arrow keys. I believe he threw a red ball as one weapon.

From the game what I remember is you need to leave the island (cant remember why) but weather is bad, so you need to get to the weather man I think to make it sunny. Then there is something about a dragon I believe you use to travel after you help it. Characters in it I dont believe are human. Though could be wrong.

That is all I remember from it, and I am pretty sure thats the beginning of the game. Anyone who could please help me I would be soooooo grateful. I am struggling to locate it on google.

Ok so here's a game I have been trying to find for a few years now.

It was a late 90's PC game where you played as a boy who I believe was named Billy. The object of the game was to get Billy from the top of the screen down to the bottom. You would use a hammer and/or drill to break the platform where the ladders where so you could get down a layer. But at the same time you had to run away from Bananas that were walking back and forth.

I have one.
I watched some older kids play it, it was too scary for me.
You're in this haunted house, and there's creepy ghosts and vampires, and at one point you have to run away by jungle gym bars (like a ladder on the ceiling) and you can fall to your death really easy.
I think you're a girl.
Ummm, and I think there's a weird part with a stage.
I dunno, I was like 8 or younger. (I'm 20 now for reference)
