Ok, I stopped reading you post after the 1st paragraph, but let me just guessed, you talk about how PC's cost 5,000$, must be upgraded every week and there are not many exclusives, now I know you are an idiot but try to get this thru your head, you can build a decent PC that is more powerful than a PS3 that will last you more than 3 years for 700$ or less. Now about the exclusives, I don't feel like typing so: http://adrianwerner.wordpress.com/games-of-2008/
And there are also ports are better on the PC, such as Farcry2 that will be graphicly superior.

The OP doesn't know what he is talking about. I am playing Crysis on High, 1280-1024 (on XP)
on a computer that costs 900 Bulgarian Levs, or 720 American $ (edited). So I don't know where he got that BS "1000$ for a computer with integrated graphics".

Not to mention that the huge open world and physics, etc. etc., will be able to be pushed harder depending on how good your PC is. Consoles will be pretty limited, it may look a little crappier, and there will be constant load times. It's like final fantasy's "random encounters" - except more boring and just as annoying.

A lot of people talk about how "PC gaming is only 'better graphics' " but with PC you usually get the full experience. I mean, have you played 360 version of Mass Effect and then played the PC version? No pun intended but the PC version is frikin' lightyears better than the 360 version. Not to mention that it won't slow down when there's 5 people on screen. Now all we need is that damned DLC to release >_<

You should all be ashamed of yourselfs (except for the smart ones and such)!! We are all on an equal pedistal here, neither one is higher nor lower.

I have a dream! That PCs and Consoles shall unite and feel the others pain and happiness.
I have a dream! That PCs and Consoles shall realize that they are equal.
I have a dream! That PCs and Consoles shall be one and crush the real enemy; The Media!
I HAVE A DREAM THAT ALL SHALL HAVE FUN AND ALL SHALL BE HAPPY!!!!
My Gamers, we are free at last!

I used my pc for all kinds of gaming, whereas my consoles are used mainly for metal gear, metal gear and more, metal gear. The thing is, a PS3 or an Xbox cant really be updated like a PC can. The PC has essentially stayed the same since its launch in the dark ages, whereas consoles have to be replaced. Also for online games, RPGs, RTSs and games like the Sims, the keyboard and mouse trump the controller. (writing this would of taken a couple of days on the Xbox dpad).
Go online if you want PC games, the PC has turned digital first, before the consoles, they still need a shop, the PC downloads alot of games now

I beleive this is true, because of the new outbreak of console gaming has stolen the light from pc gaming. modern pc games are becoming less popular because of all the flaws that are in vista. Therefore, a lot of game designers are releasing their games on consoles instead, such as the new civilization game being released on the xbox360 and ps3.
You meaned the dumbed down civilization where all the things that made civ popular are taken out and console tards STILL complain it's too hard? That shit doesn't deserve the Civ name.

id say Consoles are stealing the thunder, but while computers can have games they will always be giants of the industry.
