GPU-Z has a nifty benchmark mode. You tell it to start recording a benchmark then it takes your gpu clock speeds, mem speeds, temp, fan speed, and some other stuff every second. It is really useful when judging actual gaming temps because you don't have to minimize the program to see your infos.
Also, I think steam has a demo for PCmark 8 you can download, I've never used it but it should get you what you want.
