Are there actual characters in Eve Online? Never tried it. If not, shape a massive clusterfuck of ships in a really slow firefight into something vaguely humanoid, then make the ships into projectiles that explode in a cloud of dollar/pound/euro/isk signs on impact.
Ah, and I've thought of a contribution from the Japanese PC market: Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale... Recette with Tear hovering around her... and their attacks would all involve either items from the game pulled out of hammerspace (and thrown) or briefly summoned
