Venari - Silverholt - 18/30 AP, 2 MP

The plant had spread throughout the caves as time passed. Spores and roots passed through the ice, melting it for sustenance before being coated in ice itself. The plant succeeded most at growing beneath the snow on top of the frozen though rich soil of silverholt, while any other plant with such a capacity would begin to kill off every other plant the moss was different. It was designed with symbiosis in mind, though with a more willingly parasitical bent with how other plants drew nutrients from it. In some areas the moss became quite effective, managing to grow on the ice walls without being frozen over.

The Nirn were finding uses as they found it. The Fruit came to be used as a dye and by some a medicine. The moss when treated and spun found use as a cloth. As the creatures of silverholt adjusted to it and began to make use of the moss as food the ecosystem began to stabilize again. There was enough food for the prey which meant there was enough food for the predators. But there still weren't enough prey to sustain the hunters he was raising indefinitely.

He needed another creature. Something that could become plentiful without upsetting the balance he was building, something that could survive in the cold and the dark without question, something that kept his hunters and the creatures of silverholt fed and sharp.

He began to visualize the creature, it was like the creatures that he had hunted before he had decided to live amongst the Nirn, but less predatory it wouldn't have the instinct in it. Half a meter tall it was clever and furred with powerful legs and keen hearing. It would be resistant to disease. The females would be fertile and the males virile. Its eyes would see in the dark as well as the light. Its quickness would make hunting it challenging for the loud and the careless. It would be able to feed on plants and were made to prefer the newly created mosses, but could easily feed on others. And as was needed they were made utterly indifferent to temperature, biologically comfortable in nearly any range so that they could survive in silverholt and in the grand white beyond that he planned for them and his moss to eventually spread into.

As he began to create the creatures he heard something in the distance, on of the other being was calling for help. It was odd. He tuned his mind to hear the conversation, something had happened. Two had been killed apparently. Bolt believed it to be the ancients as he had believed the machine he had encountered before it was. There was a murmur of taking it alive which he didn't understand. If it had killed two of them and it had done it purposefully it was likely to attempt killing the rest of them. Whatever it was would be more pliable in mind dead than alive. Small plans were formed and after that he could feel the others pouring themselves into things. They seemed to do that quite frequently.

He returned his mind fully to the task at hand. The creatures struck another cord in his mind as he got a look at one outside of his minds eye, they were similar to creatures from the homeland of the man. Small things with tender flesh and fine fur, creatures that his tribe believed hopped wherever they went. It was odd looking at things like that, few things brought such thoughts to mind.

He shook it out of his head and starting watching a young Nirn as one stumbled upon one of the creatures. He looked confused, the creature looked confused. The Nirn crouched down to get a good look and the creature fealing fear decided to sprint away. The Nirn confused decided to chase after the unfamiliar creature.

Venari had a slight smirk as he watched. The blissful innocence of the young was their redeeming quality.

- Create a non-sentient species not unlike the arctic hare and spread it throughout the caves of silverholt.
- Action is difficulty 9, with a cost of 3 AP. Total domain bonus applied to the roll is +4.

- Should have 15/30 AP at end of turn.

Arora - 16/30 AP, 2 MP - Yggdrasil

Whatever she may think of the woman, Arora could not deny that she had certainly built herself a wonderful little community. It cast a great deal of doubt on her belief that Leilani had really been involved in the attempted infanticide of her demi-god, or if her intentions ever been truly malignant either way.
Whatever the case, Arora had decided to drop the matter. Taumel would still need confrontation; Gi'zeal had told her directly that she was a threat to Sraker, and that couldn't go without investigation. Now, however, in this place she would enjoy herself with the followers of Leilani.

After a few hours of talking with the Feyeath (mostly about relationship advice) and watching them construct her statue (she had tried to offer her help, since she could mold the wood in mere seconds, but apparently that was cheating) Arora decided she would leave these beautiful people with a gift. The statue had been completed, so she decided to give this gift in the form of an added feature.
In one of her likeness's open palms, Arora kindled a small pale flame. It did not spread along the wood as one would expect, and did not change in size or smoke as time went by. It seemed that none of the wood was being consumed by this fire; it just sat there, flickering gently.
"No need to panic, little ones!" Arora laughed as the Feyeath ran to fetch water. "This is no ordinary fire. It's called Heartfire. It is special because it cannot be extinguished, and will stay alight in my beautifully crafted hand forever, as long as there is love around to nourish it. You can use it to light torches or cookfires, or for warmth if ever the swamp grows cold. You need not worry about burning yourself or your home, because this fire cannot harm any living creature. Only dead wood and meat will be consumed. Hopefully Leilani will not mind me putting it here for you."

5 DC: create a single trivial magical item in the hand of the statue of Arora. It shall have all the properties described by Arora just above, as well as a nice incense-type smell to mask any hallucinations that might waft in from the swamp. +4 Love applies, since the flame is powered by the love between Leilani's followers.

Soon after this Arora was suddenly hit by several waves of divine power. Something big was happening somewhere, so she decided it best to make contact with Bolt. Hopefully he could give her an update on the situation.
All the way over at Ar'guran's palace in Breakopen, Arora's mind touched that of the weather god.
"Is it over?" her echoing thoughts asked him. "I'm feeling a great deal of energy, what's going on?"
Bolt look at the sky with irritated eyes and said "I haven't found anything and some of us are being idiots."
"Idiots, you say?" asked Arora, giving the mental equivalent of a sigh. "Unfortunately even us gods are not perfect. So who are the idiots this time, and what are they doing that is so idiotic?"
"These guys are using powers that can be sensed by others, and will probably lure the killer to them to."
"I see."
Arora's corporeal form looked around at the Yggdrasil community.
"At least that might take the heat off of Leilani; I'll be able to return to my child and keep him safe. What do you plan to do now?"
"At this point just to wait and see what happens."
Bolt then started to walk around. "This may be a bad time to ask this but can I talk to you about something personal for a little bit?"
"Of course." Arora encouraged him. "One could argue that now is the best time to speak of such things, what with this discovery that we're not as immortal as we think and all that."
Bolt let out a big sigh and said "Ar'Guran is doing slavery."
Something in Arora's mental link with him suddenly began to quake with indignation at this.
"...Ar'guran is doing slavery?" she repeated, thoughts blurring slightly. "What do you mean, 'Ar'guran is doing slavery'?"
"Yes, he's doing slavery with Gi and I don't know what to do about it." Bolt said "Are you ok? You sound different."
"Did I ever tell you that I used to be a slave?" Arora asked, interrupting him. "Before I was taken by the Ancients. Back when I was mortal. I was a slave."
Bolt just sat there for a few seconds before saying "Awkward."
"Disgusting is the better word!" Arora said, her tone suddenly warped with fury. "Turning people, creatures that can feel hope and love, into your property! Disgusting... Vile... An abomination on the face of this world and too many others!"
Arora had to storm out of the Fey village as she communicated with Bolt, not wanting anyone to see the tears that were forming in her blazing eyes, or hear her breath heavy with anguish.
"You want to know what to do about Ar'guran and his slavery? End it!"
And with that the uncomfortable presence in Bolt's mind was gone. He looked at the sky and said "Well fuck."

Arora - 16/30 AP, 2 MP - Silverholt

Having told Helio to tell Leilani that the danger had (mostly) passed and that she was therefore leaving to focus on her own interests, Arora had flame-warped her way back to the black sands she was beginning to call home. Once there, she'd sought out Ajax and Sraker.
It had taken some explanation, but eventually Arora managed to get through to the anxious father the danger of the situation and the importance of her plan; her plan to briefly smuggle the two of them to somewhere up north. There were other gods there who they would be able to shelter with for the time being. She had searched for Thumero around the Mu, hoping he was still in her land so that they could unite against the killer in familiar territory, but he seemed to have disappeared. Silverholt was the most likely place for him to go (again judging by the yeti) and even if he wasn't there, Venari would be available.
And so the trio arrived in Silverholt, Ajax and his child wrapped up in yeti skins as they flew through the cold air atop their phoenix mount. It wasn't much of a plan, but it was something.

All the while, Arora never forgot Ar'guran's demi-god. So, the Prince of Corruption wanted slavery? Maybe it would not be so easy if his own people objected.

Hinder Ar'guran's demi-god creation with -2 Love to the roll (only -2 because technically she is going against a deal she made with Ar'guran, an action which falls under her trickery drawback).
She will give Viera a weak heart that aches at the thought or sight of what she perceives as injustice (this would be closely aligned with how Arora perceives it. She's been in the game long enough for people to estimate approximately what that would precisely entail), to the extent that she cannot stomach things such as the use of slave labour or the trading of slaves in any capacity. If someone is subjected to something that makes her feel uncomfortable in any way as per her afore mentioned values, she will now feel compelled to do something to stop it.

Era Bloodwitch: 19/30 AP

Era looked down at the mutations as they discovered and figured out how to fight with their blood spears. She smiled and turned to Lucian.

"Watch them. Help if needed, but, don't be an idiot and get cut. Your blood will dissolve the ice." She commanded.

Lucian nodded and turned towards the Nirn. Era closed her eyes and reclined against the leatherback. Eras head pounded and She closed her eyes.

'Give me your help in this ' a message from Ar'Guran breached her mind.

Era opened her eyes and smiles.

"He's doing it." She smiled and closed her eyes again.

She envisioned the young female Blade laying strewn across the floor of the Breakopen. The eyes of the dragon pierced her back and she smiled and took a vial of Lucian's blood out of her satchel. Shreopened the cut on her palm and mixed the two bloods. Taking the Blades jaw, she opens her mouth and forces the elixir in.

"Good luck little one. With this, you will be able to channel toxins within your blood." Era whispered to her.

She stood and drifted back to her physical body. Era opened her eyes and saw the sparing Nirn below.

"Enough! You made me proud. Now, we press on" she smiled.

The villagers grabbed their belongings and moved East.

Assist

Give Ar'Guran's new demi the ability to channel toxins within her blood in order to defend herself.

Ar'Guran, 13/30 AP 2 MP Breakopen forest.

Looking over at Bolt as he starts to try making his cloud pet into a spying searching species Ar'Guran reaches his tail over and touches it lightly himself, imparting a piece of his own power into it as well. Closing his eyes and reaching into the creature and the future ones he links them to himself as they are to bolt, allowing him to look through their eyes and see what they see.

His mind reaching out and once again he looks over the other large things happening and can feel that they are going well, even that their power has gone up some as well as what they can do. Coming back to the Breakopen Ar'Guran looks down at his forming Demi god and smiles to himself.

+4 corruption

Give the creatures a connection to each other so they can communicate to each other and to Bolt and Ar'Guran wherever they are. Give them one black eye on the underside of their bodys that can focus on something and pull all information about it from what it looks like and how it acts.

Leilani - 16/30Ap, 2MP - Steelcoast Swamp

Leilani walked away from Arora, thinking about what she should do given the current situation. She believed that Yggdrasil was defensible enough from any attack, but she thought more could be done to ensure that it was. Leilani thought. She had spiders that the Feyeath could use, but without the spiders, the Feyeath were still pretty weak by themselves, even with the weapons they had. Leilani was deep in thought, that she didn't realize Arora left or that the other gods were working on making items. Leilani then came to a realization.

"Why didn't I think of this sooner? I could give the Feyeath some of my power and future generations if I enchant Yggdrasil. They would be able to develop it further with each generation as well." Leilani just smiled and laughed at the idea.

<spoiler=Action>
DC9: Enchant/Scry an area the size of a town or small city
Leilani will enchant Yggdrasil and the area around it, giving nature magic similar to her own to the Feyeath, though weaker. Enchanting Yggdrasil will make it so future generations of Feyeath also are born with nature magic.

Arora, Thumero, & Venari - Silverholt

The Psion searched and searched the caves of Silverholt, one by one, though still trying to keep his presence hidden from the Nirn-folk. His spear was held by his mind in case of another attack; he did not want to face another ambush by those beasts when greater threats were present. He did notice that they *had become* even more bold and adventurous, with signs of their presence in places he never thought they would get to. It seemed that the attack by the yeti was serendipity, as staying here would have brought him in contact with the roving bands in the caves.

His mind perked when he felt the presence of one... no, three people entering the caverns; most of which were very familiar. Venari was here working away at another cave, but considering the scare that had wrapped the rest of the escapees, Thumero thought to give warning to Venari.

'Venari, if you are listening there has been an attack on us. Find me, and the others. We should be here in Silverholt.

---

Things felt quiet in the alcove Arora and company found themselves in; red crystals dotted the walls and... sang to them... It seemed surprisingly peaceful, if sterile. There was a fire pit still lit and there was some warmth in the cold foggy caverns.

Then all of a sudden the armoured visage of Thumero had wisped in front of them holding a spear aloft just above his shoulders.

"Ah..." said the phoenix as she touched down by the fire pit. "I had hoped to find you here."

He did not say anything, feeling that little needed to be said until Venari arrived. Not a minute afterwards Venari had appeared on them, hearing the Psion's message as well as detecting the goddess' presence in the caves. Ajax was clearly surprised at the sudden appearance of these gods, one familiar and one a stranger; not afraid, but still nervous. He dismounted with Sraker to huddle closer to the fire, allowing Arora to return to her human form.

"Thumero." she said, nodding respectfully at the armoured god before doing likewise for the hunter. "Venari. It is good to see you again."

Venari nodded to Arora in response before speaking "I assume we're here to speak of the slayer?"

"I'm here to discuss this enemy, and fight it if needs be. I suspect that it might show up here looking for a lone target." Thumero answered. "But what brings you and your peerage here, Arora?"

"I merely seek the safety of numbers." Arora admitted. "You have both been reliable friends over the last few months. I am prepared not only to assist you in destroying this creature, but also to entrust you with the protection of these two mortals."

She indicated Ajax and Sraker. "They are most dear to me. I could not leave them unguarded in the face of a crisis such as this."

The Psion's head nodded once, and his head turned to stare at the Feyeath to acknowledge them before nodding again and return his gaze to a midpoint between Arora and Venari. It was not his place to say anything. Ajax briefly caught his helmeted eye as Thumero looked at him.

"Thank you for these here, by the way." he said in a small voice, plucking at his yeti fur cloak with a nervous smile.

Venari nodded before turning his gaze to Ajax and then Arora again "I've constructed a lodge in the north. The walls are thick and the fires burn eternal. They would be safe with the Nirn there."

"We are most grateful." Arora said, bowing slightly. "Shall we go there now?"

"If you desire." Venari replied before continuing with another thought "How would you like to move them?"

"Manually."

In a burst of white flame Arora was again transformed. This time it was not a phoenix she chose, but something far better suited to the narrow confines of the Silverholt caverns.

"Ajax, it is time to go." she said, prompting the Feyeath to once more clamber atop her back. Arora's feline face turned to Venari. "After you." she purred.

Venari nodded to Arora before giving Thumero a glance to see that he would follow. He then turned to the direction of the route through the caverns and caves.

The walk was long and the wind was cold, but they eventually reached the lodge. A large structure made of thick ceramic glass and hard clear ice interwoven with and coating eachother. It was surrounded by odd blooms of plant life with a stream of warm water cutting through the cold near the entrance. Sitting next to the entrance was a Nirn holding a spear made of ice. The Psion's gaze went to the spear-wielding nirn, and his own weapon started to float a little lower and with the tip pointed in the air.

"Can this Nirn-folk be trusted?" He asked, making sure not to say this aloud, but telegraph it to the other two.

"He's one of the tribes watchmen. He can be trusted." Venari replied in turn mentally. Thumero's spear returned to its horizontal position across his shoulders.‏

"I have expressed my concern that this threat will try to attack whomever is alone like it had attacked the other two. We should wait here until it either comes here or that it attacks one of the other groups." This time he said this more aloud.

"For now, maybe." Arora agreed. "It might be worth attempting our own offensive before that happens."

She began to prowl forward away from the others.

"I must say, this is a remarkable dwelling you have here!" Arora mentioned as she approached the entrance. Ajax, still riding on her back, greatly surprised the Nirn watchman by greeting him with complete fluency in his own Silverholtian tongue.

"Howdy!" he said, grinning.

"From what I gathered listening to the meeting between the others, none of us have seen what it is. It managed to slay two of us. I can't feel it. We don't know what we're fighting. We don't know how to fight it. Waiting for it to strike on its own would allow us to entrap and kill it." Venari replied.

The Nirn looked with confused eyes at the approaching creature and the creatures upon its back. "Hello" he replied as his eyes started going back and forth between Arora and Venari as he started to anxiously grip his spear.

"Or it would allow us to be crept up on and massacred." Arora retorted. "You're the hunter here, so obviously you have the authority in this matter, but I don't think I can ever feel comfortable with that creature having such a degree of control over the situation."

"Unless one of us determines where or what it is, we only have as much control as it allows us." Venari replied "Until then waiting for it to strike against one of us is the best choice."

"I suppose... In any case, we should get inside. Could you please call off your watchman here? He seems rather jumpy..."

Venari nodded "If you don't want those thoughts in his head, you should change form. The creatures that look like that tend to hunt them here." He then looked to the Nirn and he stood up slowly and cautiously eyeing the large feline. Venari walked to the doors to the lodge and opened them. Inside the main chamber were groups of Nirn sitting around fire pits with smokeless blue flames.

Ajax and Sraker were quick to dismount, allowing Arora to transform back into her far less intimidating humanoid shape. The three of them then followed Venari, Thumero close behind. The Psion wondered if Taumel had heeded his warning.

Gi'zeal

The eye Gi'zeal had created was moving all around in his hand, like it had a mind of its own. Eventually it settled in one spot, looking in the direction Gi'zeal desired the most, before spinning wildly when it realized Gi'zeal desired almost everything.

Ar'Guran

Trails of Ar'Guran's blood and dead bodies were scattered all around the Blade he planned to change. With Ar'Guran and the other gods that helped, the blade became invigorated again. The blade's skin changed to a pale purple and her eyes became red. Horns also grew out of her head. Ar'Guran was happy with his new creation.

Domain +2: [Necromancy] The power over the dead and their souls as well as that which causes death.

Drawback -2: [Evil] Viera is genuinely good with a squeamish heart, which makes it difficult for her to carry out actions that may be considered evil in nature. She would find it hard to tolerate evil for long, and may go out of her way to help those in need.

Arora

The heartfire glowed brightly in the hands of Arora's statue. The Feyeath used this fire so they could see better at night, among other things. The Feyeath loved the incense smell of it and more people hugged Arora's statue compared to Leilani's.

Bolt

Using Nimbus as a template, Bolt created many other clouds almost identical in appearance. With these clouds, Bolt had them patrol the skies, looking for anything out of the ordinary.

Venari
Many creatures like arctic hares appeared throughout the caves of Silverholt. Due to this boom, Nirin hunted the hare, using its meat for food and the furs for warmth. They became better hunters due to the appearance of this animal.

Taumel
As Taumel smashed the crystal into the Valadur, the power of the crystal seeped into it. When the crystal should have corrupted the Valadur, it actually made it glow with a soft blue light until it returned to the same blue color of Taumel's homeplanet. Taumel wore the Valadur as a necklace, sitting right above her cleavage. She would never let it out of her sight if she could help it.

Leilani

Leilani was so overjoyed with what she thought she did, that she told all her Feyeath. Excited by this, the Feyeath tried to use their new found powers. They did everything in their power to affect plants. They tried to focus their minds to make plants move and tried to bend the plants with their hands. Nothing seemed to work though.

Thumero

As Thumero broke himself loose of the rock, 47 Kaish saw this occur. They thought Thumero was part of Maranga'nawe, a manifestation of the island itself, which caused them to worship the island as a holy place.

Era

The 46 people that were following Era were able to create a shield and spear used using their own blood. They could use their blood to make them at will, using them for attack and defense when the need arised.

Oswald

With Ar'Guran's help, Oswald succeeded in changing the Nirn of the valley. Instead of their bodies exploding all over the place, their bones began to extend and grow over their bodies. Cries of pain came from the Nirin, with blood splattering everywhere due to the gruesome transformation. Dark mist hung around their bodies to hide their appearance. Oswald was a step closer to spreading the Dark with these Darkspawn he created.

Taumel - The Lucent Reef - 14/30ap, 2mp

Meanwhile, on the Lucent reef's central island Laila was following Avaline, remaining unseen in the shadows. Ever since the Great Mind had given Laila power and a purpose, she had felt more satisfied with her life. She had been a nobody before, afraid of the dark and afraid of the deep waters between the islands. However, now there were even more Feyeath with considerable skills, not to mention all the Krakes among them and Laila was beginning to question her own existence.

What was her purpose other than protecting Avaline? If, and when, their leader died would she no longer have a reason to remain with the united front? Laila was a leader in her own right, but would history remember her if her true purpose was to be a ghost in the shadows?

She had come to the conclusion that the best way for her to fulfill her purpose and make sure she was remembered was to teach the skills of the black hand to new Feyeath, to take on recruiting pupils. They may never achieve the black hand's high level of skill, or learn everything the members knew now without the Great Mind's help. It was preferable to grow weaker in power than to disappear entirely though.

Laila was released from the duty of guarding Avaline by a couple of her subordinates that took her place. The Great Mind had never intended for there to be any power structure other than the one that had Avaline at the top, with everyone else slightly below. Laila had ceased the position as leader of the black hand anyway, and she dared anyone to challenge her. Of course, as no one knew they existed the Great Mind's power structure was the perceived reality.

She walked past a group of Feyeath that considered themselves more intelligent than the rest, when all they actually did was lay around in the tree all day and night, discussing strange theories that made no sense to anyone. She had listened in on them a couple of times, but figured they were harmless to her interests as long as the sky was more interesting to them than who held the power over their lives.

"You should kill them just to be on the safe side." The voice belonging to the hallucinatory Avaline said.

"Go. Away." Laila muttered through gritted teeth.

The second Avaline had appeared a couple of weeks back, but only for her. At first, it had shocked Laila and almost convinced her to carry out acts the actual Avaline would never ask for. She had heard rumours about how the Feyeath and the Nirn in nearby regions had gotten sick with an illness that the rumours claimed made them see individuals who weren't there. No reports of the illness affecting those in the reef had surfaced, and Laila wasn't about to announce to everyone that she was the first.

"Oh, but that's no fun." Avaline, the hallucination, whispered into Laila's ear, while wrapping her arms around her shoulders. "I like being with you, unlike my replica who doesn't know you exist."

Laila shrugged her shoulders and waved Avaline away from her, but while it worked she couldn't hit something that wasn't there. "I don't care if she knows I exist or not. I am not interested in her."

"I know you lie, because my form would be quite different if you had no interest in your leader." Avaline floated in front of her and grinned. "Seems she likes them with many arms though."

Laila walked through her, not hesitating for a moment. "You are mistaken. I need children to carry on my legacy." She glared at a couple of Feyeath who had caught her talking to herself, but then bowed her head and hurried on when they turned away from her. "It is hard to imagine why the Great Mind blessed their union like she did, because now our leader won't have anyone to carry on her legacy."

"Perhaps she doesn't want the successor to be chosen from a bloodline, but based on their ability to lead." Avaline said, then came towards Laila's face with her lips pursed.

Laila stopped in her tracks. It was the first intelligent thing the hallucination had said. In fact, it was the first thing she had said that didn't annoy Laila.

"You think so?" Laila asked, ignoring that the hallucination was right in her face now, trying to kiss her. She waved her hand through her when the hallucination got too obnoxious with what she was doing. "That would be something befitting of the Great Mind."

Perhaps her own kin would come to be considered worthy of such a position. Laila would not try to defy the work of her master by taking such power with force, but if she tried hard to raise the best offspring it may be given to them freely. There was one problem with any of the plans involving her offspring, as she did not have a mate or a single child yet.

I don't know if this is still technically open or if you just never bothered to change the title, but
Name:Torag, The Master of the Forge.
Backstory: It is said that Torag was not always the short, brutish, and above-all greedy man he is known as today. He was but a small child when he was taken by The Ancients. He was sent into the mines, and did back-breaking labor, forced to carry stone, ore, and heavy gems on his back, which they say caused his stunted growth along with the time it would take to reshape the tunnels to the heights he was growing too. At first that was all Torag did. Dig a hole, and carry anything he mined to The Ancients, but as Torag grew older he was put in charge of more, and more. At first it was just refining the ore, than it was shaping the ore into tools, cutting the gems, and so on and so forth until he practically the head of the entire mining company. Seeing the man's expertise The Ancients had gifted him the great power of creation. He seemed to be able to shape anything into something of immense value or simply transform any material it into another. Of course as we all know dwarfs are a greedy and stubborn lot. He would simply not take no for answer when he was told that he could not strike a company elsewhere, and that meant war. He spent countless days forging his famous axe "Anger's Edge". It was agreed by all that there was indeed a battle that got him out of The Ancient's grip, but the details have been lost to time long ago.
Domain: +4 Dwarfs(Metalworking): Being the god of dwarfs, Torag has power of all things dwarfish, and if there is one things to be said about dwarfs it is how great they are at metalworking. This means that Torag has control over all things metal especially that which has been finely crafted. He can bless a weapon, or bless a warrior to be a better fighter with a particular type of weapon, and there is of course several abilities such as transmutation of metals, and many, many, many abilities that involve the crafting of metal.
Drawback: -2 Greed: But just like how he shares his kinsmen ability to work metal so does he share their innate greed. He is very easily swayed by material goods despite the fact that he often does not need any of it. Torag is also known to be incredibly protective of any material goods he does locking them into a very large vault with doors and walls nearly ten feet thick, and only giving out small amounts to his most trusted followers.
Core Values: Honesty: While the dwarfs are greedy they are very proudful in the fact that they always tell the truth and are honest in their business deals.
Law: Dwarfs are lawful people, usually going out of their way to follow any law. No matter how outdated, or petty it is. They are especially observant of trading laws.
Wealth: Money is what makes the world go round after all.
Pride: Near every dwarf exudes pride about how great the dwarfs. Topics of boasting include, Their ability to hold their drink, how great their ale is, how strong they are, how great they are in combat, how great their weapons are, how much money they have, how they are the best at mining, how great their defenses are, how great they are at metalworking, and of course the fact that no one tosses a dwarf.
What I want out of godgame: Well to create a great dwarfen empire. Preferably a peaceful one, but the dwarfs are a stubborn lot and will likely cause a war or two.

Bolt - Breakopen Forest - 15/30 AP - 2 MP

Bolt was worried about how thing where going not just about the killer but the tensions between the other gods, he need to talk to someone and decided Thumero was the best choice "Hello Thumero, how is it going?"

"I have seen nothing of the threat yet. I suspect it may know we're aware of its presence." was the response he received in his own head from the Psion.

"I didn't come to talk about that but thanks for telling me anyway." Bolt then said "I just need to talk about some personal stuff."

"What is it?"

"...A few things but I' will start with the slavery thing you already know about what should I do."

"I had asked why you would answer his request when you had expressed disdain of him. Do you not already oppose it?"

Bolt stood up and screamed, "IT ISN'T THAT SIMPLE! I just can't fight my old friend like that and even if I did the fight between us would get many people killed. What would you do?"

There was a brief silence before Thumero responded. "In your circumstance I would turn my back on him. Or count on the threat to kill him if you still despise him."

Bolt looked at the ground for a few seconds then decided to ask him something else "You need to know about what we are facing here. I faced one of this monster, check my memories and see the horror we face right now so you will be ready."

There was a longer silence than the last pause as that familiarly alien sensation passed over Bolt; Thumero's will surging across his eyes and mind. A quick response was expected, but it never came. The Psion was utterly silent, not gone but without words. Till finally, "Do you suspect this current threat we face to be tied to this... machine?"

"Yes and even if it isn't that thing is still out there."

"... I will keep a vigil all the same but the Eye would make certain to allay both threats, and whatever else that seeks harm to us all."

Bolt was confused by that sentence "What is this eye you are talking about?"

"I speak of the Eye from one of our deceased that was endowed with the means to scry for these threats. If Gi'zeal is smart he should make use of it and pass his findings to the rest of us. Else he risks the same fate as the others."

Bolt got up, hoped on his nimbus cloud and said, "Time to talk to that jackass again I guess, thanks for the talk..."

"I understand that the decision you face is hard, but you must choose or others will make your choice for you. If you must have others make your choices, turn to your flower friend or someone else you trust for advice. Your will must be your own."

"Thanks, oh one more thing, I have a lot of Nimbus now do you want some of them?" Another pause.

"I have no need at this time, but I appreciate the gesture."

With that Bolt want to find Gi'‏zeal.

Gi'zeal - 11/30AP, 2MP - The sundered sea

The eye came to a rest gently in Gi'zeal?s hand, finally giving up trying to point in all directions at once. He supposed that meant that it had succeeded. Now he would be able to track the force that posed him such a threat, with this he could keep tabs on it and make sure that if it came near he would have the jump on it.

Focusing on the safety keeping a constant eye on the thing would bring him he brought the eye up to his eye. And saw nothing, only the murk of the depths. He turned to his left. Nothing, to his right, nothing, spinning on the seabed and seeing nothing about it Gi'zeal gave an outburst of rage.

The entire artefact was a dud. All that power for nothing, then he looked down. His whole body was shrouded in a golden glow. Every part of himself, holding the eye he knew that to keep this very precious object safe he would need to make sure he didn?t come into contact with the thing trying to destroy it at all costs.

?Well that?s no bloody use is it? he said to himself bitterly as the eye reminded him how much of a coward he was.

He tried a change of tact. He focused on all the secrets of the ancients, the power he had lost his magnificence for. the secrets this hunter still presumably had. The sky lit up with a series of pinpricks unfathomably far above him.

?Damn?

Perhaps he would have to let another god use it, Bolt certainly seemed focused on finding his ?robot?. As he considered his options he let his mind drift, all of existence taking on a thick golden glow through the eye.

As Gi'zeal turned to look behind and slightly above him, a dark silhouette appeared in the middle of the golden glow. The silhouette moved as if to strike him, and a faint buzzing sound could be heard as Faerie charged her close combat weapon.

This little prodigy had been far too loud for his own good, broadcasting messages to all the other ones, as if Faerie could not intercept their communications. Now it was time for him to die, for it to collect its third victim. Faerie struck out towards his head.

Gi'zeal flinched backwards from the danger the eye screamed he did not want. now he'd done it. keeping the eye up so he could make it out he leapt backwards towards a nearby deep sea vent. he called upon the tiny creatures that fed upon metal and sulfur there, covering his assaliants in the signals of food and warmth. at the very least their bulk might make the thing visible and slow it down.

Faerie did not care much for the amount of sea creatures that were now swarming the shell. They may make it easy to spot where it was, but they did not particularly slow it down. It was the benefit of having a body that was not directly connected to a mind. It could not feel any strain put on it, only push through or break down.

"Weak." The word sounded less like it was coming from a voice, and more as if it was sent through a radio.

Faerie raised her other arm and pointed it towards the prodigy. It began to glow faintly, before unleashing a number of pure energy beams straight at him.

Now able to make out the machine's strangely feminine form Gi'zeal watched as it raised it's arm for a second attack. he reacted as fast as he could.

"Weak! You have no idea of my power! you are nothing bu-"

A pulse of energy hit the god square in the face tearing his open mouth and launching the top of his head to float serenley arcoss to to the seabed a few miles away. his lower jaw still sizling his body took another shot to the chest and fell to the gound in a burnt heap a fait gurgling sign of life came from the mess that was once a god, its struggle suggeting that the Hunter's sucess was only a final blow away.

A tiny anglerfish floated out of the severed cranium, Gi'zeal hoped that whatever this thing was it would be taken in by the theatrics long enough for him to make an escape.

It hadn't been wrong when it called him weak he thought angrily, there were barely any creatures or minds in this place. he didn't even know if he could turn the machines desires against it'self yet.

It was barely surprised when the prodigy was shot to pieces like nothing by its second attack. It was more surprised it had taken a second attack to kill it in the first place. Faerie moved over to where the head had landed, stretching out its arm to absorb the power from it, but nothing happened. Was it so weak it had no power? No, they were all supposed too have power, so it would appear it had disappeared with a feint. How far had it gotten though? Faerie remained in the area, scanning it for anything that may be the weakling. There were fish everywhere.

"Wasting time, avoiding the inevitable." Faerie broadcasted, then its body itself began to glow before unleashing an area attack on anything nearby, a wave of energy.

"perfect" muttered Gi'zeal and braced himself for the coming onslaught, as he watched the heat build as the machine charged its weapon. utlizing the warmth against the swarm of volcanic lifeforms still covering its body Gi'zeal drove the little creatures metabolisims beyond anything they were meant to survive, cells burst as wave after wave of energy was consumed and released, blinding flashes and an endless series of tiny bangs rang out as millions of creatures imolated in a series of steam explosions all across it's surface.

Gi'zeal was thrown hard against a rock as the wave hit him.

He wasn't sure if his attack would actually hurt it, it was getting pretty clear he was totally outmatched. but hopefully the buffeting would keep it still. returning to his origonal form now lying heavily on the ground. he called to the thing

"so, you can talk. can you negotiate?"

The millions of tiny explosions were registered by the shell, but the mind did not care for any damage as long as it could continue with its task. It did take a moment to regain momentum and figure out where the prodigy had gone though. Faerie laughed when he suggested they negotiate just because she could transmit her voice through its body.

"Insects do not get a chance to negotiate with the boot that crushes them." Faerie broadcasted through the shell. "What could you possibly offer me?"

"I can get you the others" Gi'zeal said standing and trying to regain composure. if it was listening he had a chance.

"Bait then?" Faerie broadcasted. "You're only buying yourself a little extra time. I have no intention to not pierce your skull, fire up my lance and suck out whatever pathetic essence you consist of."

"So honest. You really should hide conditons like that in the fine print" Gi'zeal took a small step back "Your loss"

He then rushed at the being, hand outstetched for it's throat.

Gi'zeal's fingers wrapped around the hunter. making sure to grip tight as he felt weapons charge around him he reached into it's mind to find all desires to seek out, and destroy the other gods

Faerie did not move as the weakling came charging towards her. He grabbed the shell's throat, and she responded by headbutting him. The screen shook, but there were no scratches or cracks in it. They built them to withstand travel through space, and yet its own strength was the most dangerous weapon for it.

There was a strange interference, temporarily cutting her off from the shell. Faerie came face to face with the powers of the prodigy. She threw up every shield for the A.I. core, but not fast enough. He would most likely have seen the face of the actual Faerie. She wondered what else he may have glimpsed in that short moment.

Gi'zeal found no desires before a shield was slammed in place to protect the actual mind. However, he had seen the holographic face of the Faerie, a room with highly advanced tech surrounding her. The delay in reaching the mind may be small, but it made it clear that the Faerie was nowhere near the shell he was fighting.

Gi'zeal rocked from the blow. But this machine was being controlled by remote, over a great distance, this could be one of many drones, and killing it would be nothing more than a minor inconvenience. this changed a lot, but he had seen all the technology at it's disposal and felt a hint of fear that it was certainly not drawing from him. making sure his ongoing broadcast to the other gods was well and truly gone he attempted

"We must be worth more to you captive than dead"

Faerie broadcasted a laugh so mocking that it was as if she wanted to break any confidence this man possessed.

"No, I find no skill or knowledge in keeping captives. I will achieve more with live prey, refinement and training. I have got time on my side. Your time however is coming to an end."

"Then you aren't the ones we escaped from."Gi'zeal concluded "in fact, I'm guessing you are much weaker than the ancients"

"My masters did not let you escape. How naive can you be?" Faerie raised her arm to fire at him again. "Ancients, as you call them, created me. Enough of you delaying your death!" She fired at his head.

if this thing was a meanless shell then killing or capturing it could mean nothing. Taking it to another god would only put them in danger for no real gain, he would have to change tactics, take it far away, go with what he originally planned and keep it at arms reach using the eye.

clutching the AI tightly he focused all his wants for it to be far from any of his creations, in a flash they plummeted from the sky above a massive peak, abyssal waters dripping off them.

he let go off the Hunter leaving it to fall or fly. glanced through the eye at somewhere, anywhere else he could be.
now tangled in the vines of the swamp he ran a bit glancing through the eye once again. and tumbled to the ground on a cliffside overlooking the breakopen forest. Ar'guran's sillouette clearly visible on a nearby cliff.

Faerie missed her target, and soon realized that she was somewhere else. There were no signs of the prodigy she had been fighting. He had delayed his death for no reason. The shell cloaked itself once more.

Bolt and Gi'zeal - 11/30AP, 2MP - Breakopen forest

Bolt was flying on his cloud when he saw a weird flash of light in the distance. "Well, this is just great" Bolt said as headed to the where the flash of light came from.

Gi'zeal got to his feet on the cliffside and immediately checked through the eye searching for the telltale void of repulsion that represented the Faerie's drone.

Bolt looked down and saw Gi'zeal pointed at him and screamed at the top of his lungs "HEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THAT BUSH!"

the bush exploded as Gi'zeal leapt up onto Bolts cloud and wispered frantically in his ear "shut up" then shoved the eye in front of bolt's own "You still hunting the Fearie?"

Bolt looked at him with confusion "Is that the name of the the killer? how do you know that and HOLY SHIT IS THAT BLOOD" he screamed he realized he was covered in blood

"Yes, from two people and one fish all of them me. no more questions. If you still want to find the Killer you will see it through the eye" he grabbed bolt's head and began pysically sweeping it around to scan the area "it will be gold. now. do you see it?"

Bolt used the Eye and saw something made of metal blinded by rage Bolt grabbed Gi'zeal arm and screamed "LET'S GO" before heading there

"oh no, I am not going near that monster again. I took enough out of me just stopping it from ripping me to shreds" Gi'zeal withdrew they eye so that bolt couldn't see exactly where it was, or be effected by the eye's driving power "now how far away was it?"

Bolt looked at with anger and screamed "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING IF WE DON'T KILL THIS THING NOW IT WILL DESTROY EVERYTHING"

Gi'zeal stared in the direction bolt was looking trying to see the void through the eye "It has no interest in killing anything but us. and if you go to face it now you'll be doing so alone and we will be another god down. I gain nothing from your death bolt" he would have to be satisfied that if the weather god wanted to rush off it was probably quite far away.

Bolt looked at him with annoyance for a few seconds then said "okay cry baby we will get Ar'Guran first then we will kill this thing"

Gi'zeal snapped back "bolt I want revenge for my dignity almost as much as you want it for your valley. but this machine that's hunting us, it's just a drone. the head honcho is light years away. rushing off to kill it achieves next to nothing and puts any of us who go at risk"

Bolt's eyes widened as he said"how do you kno.. nevermind it would be better to tell me this once me find Ar'Guran"

Gi'zeal sighed "fine lets go" this was basically what he wanted anyway. two gods to act as a sheild between him and the AI.

Ar'Guran 13/30 AP 2 MP, Breakopen Forest
Bolt and Gi'zeal - 11/30AP, 2MP - Breakopen forest

Standing in the clearing still and looking down at the now standing demi that had been made Ar'Guran huffs slightly and shrinks himself as the demi looks around at the other bodys that had not been used before in her making Viera looks up at him and nods slightly.
?Father, it seems I have joined you in godhood.?

Smiling slightly and looking down at her Ar'Guran jumps into the air and flys away over to one of the cliffs close by. Viera looks after him and takes a step before stopping, reaching out around her and drawing the spirits of several flying things she takes to the air as spirit wings unfurl behind her. Quickly catching up and landing softly next to him the spirit wings leave as fast as they had formed. Looking over at Ar'Guran and walking to the edge of the cliff she looks down at the Breakopen with new eyes, memory's and experiences bubbling up inside her as little points throughout the forest draw her attention and make her distracted, missing what the Dragon had said. Shaking herself and looking over she asks politely.
?What did you say Father??

Looking down at her Ar'Guran huffs again and repeats himself.
?You are now a demigod, weaker than me and all the other first gods. But there are several other demis out there. Reach out and you should be able to feel the first ones and their children.?

Viera nods again and closes her eyes, the purple dark skin of her body glowing for a second as she works out how to reach out point after point shows up, several of them close by. Opening her eyes again and looking to the side she says to the Dragon next to her.
?A few of them are close by, and I could feel the weaker ones. Are they as I am??

Nodding Ar'Guran looks in the same direction as Viera as he answers her.
?Yes they are.?

Suddenly two figures crashed into the ground beside them. apparently bolt and Gi had a little trouble flying the nimbus cloud together. Bolt got up, scratched his head and said "next time I'll just give you one of my other one to ride GI"

Gi'zeal dusted himself off "net time, I walk" He looked up at Ar'gruan and his new child "I me our hunter" he said simply indicating his bloody state

Looking the bloody Gi'zeal up and down and turning more towards the newly crashed pair Ar'Guran blinks slowly as he takes in what Gi'zeal had just said. Glancing down at Viera before answering.
"I am guessing that you did some kind of damage to it seeing as you are alive?"

Gi'zeal shook his head "none that mattered. what we are facing is just a shell, controled by a master far far away"

Bolt looked at Ar'guran and said "he found out some deep shit about this monster"

Sitting back and thinking the new startling information he had been given Ar'Guran grunts softly in agreement.
"I agree, thinking about taking it alive is useless if there is nothing to take alive."

Gi'zeal reluctantly agreed with this "yes the machine is worthless, beyond what's its technology gives us. so much so that risking our lives to destroy it is a ludicrius reward for far too much risk"

Bolt looked at the sky then gi and asked him "where is it being controlled from"

Shaking his head Ar'Guran answers that before Gi'zeal can.
"Probably from the ancients ship, you remember those rooms they had us try out for calibration. Seems they finally got someone who could go with those. I say we find and take it out now, or as soon as we can after Gi'zeal heals enough to stop bloodying."

"It did claim to be a creation or servant of the ancheints..." Gi'zeal looked down a few wounds were still bleeding a bit, one had forgotten he was no longer an anglerfish "You saw what this thing did to me while I was trying to escape. I barely made a scratch on it. If we go to fight it we could very well be going to our deaths"

Bolt looked at the sky and said "we need to kill this thing NOW"

"I agree with Bolt, we need to kill it now rather than later. But Gi'zeal, I don't think it is as strong as you believe. Your area of expertise is not used for fighting something head on, while ours can be. Plus this would be three..."
Looking at Viera Ar'Guran fixes what he just said.
"Three and a half gods fighting it, that will be enough I think."

As Ar'guran was talking Bolt grabbed the eye jumped on his cloud and screamed "last one there is a rotten egg"

as the eye was snatched from him and the other gods rushed off to what was certainly their death Gi'zeals eyes narrowed. he reached out his arm towards the cloud beast. forcing it to try to fly to the AI it targeted on the other side of the planet by the most direct route slamming it'self into the ground.
he leapt in front of bolt. his own eyes glowing "We are not going. need I remind you it's allready killed two of us and nearly me! now.give.me.the.eye!"

Bolt handed him the eye and said "...sorry dude. Danm"

Gi'zeal snatched it back still standing before bolt the cloud still ramming it'self into the earth

Watching as Bolt takes something from Gi'zeal and rushes off then Gi'zeal rushes after him in turn Ar'Guran sighs and shakes his head. Muttering to himself.
"Bolt is going to get us all killed."

Reaching over and grabbing Viera the Dragon puts her on his back and starts flying towards where they are. Slamming into the ground next to them and growling low at them.
"Bolt, if you want to go die go ahead ahead of us. Gi'zeal, I suggest you put that eye somewhere harder to take. Now, are we finding and fighting it now or are we waiting for others?"

Bolt grabbed his cloud and said "I vote now"

Gi'zeal pushed the eye into the healing flesh of his palm so that one half peaked out each side "I vote never"

Watching Gi'zeal push the eye into his hand and making a little face at that Ar'Guran thinks it over for a long moment than digs his claws into the earth under him.
"I vote now, and your coming with Greedy one, we need that eye to find it. There are many more of us now."

Gi'zeal stood his ground before bolt "there are one more than those that it killed without effort"

Bolt jump on his cloud and said "so you want to wait for it to kill us"

Gi'zeal slammed it into the ground again "I would rather have that little bit of time to do some living in"

Looking at then both Ar'Guran says to them both.
"They fought it singly, and we do not even know if they tried to fight it. Stop slamming into the ground and if Bolt wants to go fight alone let him Greedy one."

Gi'zeal released the coludbeast "as much as it might supprise you Bolt's death is not something I want either"

Bolt looked at the the ground dusted himself off then he came up with an Idea "Ok find but I guess me and Ar'guran will keep all the loot then"

this made Gi'zeal pause "well... should we kill it that sort of technology should be shared amounst us all. it's secrets could help us combat the inevitable reinfocements"

"We need Gi'zeal to find it, so he can have some. Plus we don't even know if there will even be any loot to take from this fight."
Looking at Gi'zeal after his slight change in mind makes Ar'Guran chuckle in his mind.
"So, where is it Greedy one?"

Gi'zeal sighed, "i'll help you find it but I'm not going near it again" throwing the eye to Ar'guran he said "look through the eye, if you wish to find the Hunter it will show you. be carefull it will be hidden to the naked eye when you find it"

Bolt looked at Ar'guran said "let's take care of this monster"

"and" he said firmly to ar'guran "The eye is strictly a loan"

Catching the eye and looking it over slowly he reaches it up and presses it to the middle of his forehead, it sinking in and slowly blinking forming a third eye. Shaking his head and closing his other eyes Ar'Guran can see the world in a wide array of gold and gray before it settles on something far away that seems to be moving. Nodding at Gi'zeal.
"I know it is. So, lets go."

Ajax - Silverholt - 0/0 AP

Time felt distorted in this haven; it felt like a few days yet Sraker had grown from the little babe he remembered. And as peaceful as it felt inside, Ajax felt a bittersweetness in his heart that both soothed and sickened him. He still remembers Felissa and still mourns her in his own way - sometimes bonding with his son whenever he was curious about his mother, and other times when a certain image would trigger a trail of tears from his face. His mind started to wander on how things could have been, if there was anything he could have done.

And yet these feelings had nothing to do with Felissa or Sraker; rather it was those feelings that had influenced his wistfulness. Ajax couldn't quite put his finger on where they came from though; it was like they had nothing at all to do with him. Something, or someone had put something into him, something that made his mind and soul churn like the waves of the Ebonbark Bay. He slept and dreamt of the Feyeath back home and the Kaish that existed beyond the trees, and he... felt their minds in these dreams. He would wake up with images and thoughts pressed into his eyes just long enough to be lodged in his brain. Peoples and lands that he did not recognize nor see were shoved into him like an abstract map of possibility.

All of this trickled into his other thoughts and left him more contemplative over himself and his lot in life. He felt flawed with this information, so close to being complete but missing some crucial step.

His thoughts were distracted as Sraker called out for him. He was thrice the size he was since they came to Silverholt. He no longer needed Ajax' help to walk and was growing up. The Feyeath felt a mixture of pride and wistfulness in seeing his son's maturity. Sraker begged if they could see more of the caves, and Ajax reluctantly agreed. The Feyeath jumped with joy as the two left the haven to explore one of the caves; a foolhardy thing to do, but Ajax had shared the same curiosity as his son. He knew that Sraker would be good but he was unsure of if his son would come into his own in their new home. Then there was Arora who spirted them away again out of fear, and those two other gods who spoke of an slayer in their midst. Strange could only begin to describe him and he worried for his son. He was growing up now, but Ajax felt uneasy with this rumor of this... slayer.

They had found a cave that they heard singing from outside with a few of those Nirn at its mouth; they were hesitant to let them in, but relented when they saw little harm done. They found more flecks of ruby red that sang from the cavern walls but felt quieter than the haven. More Nirn were found up ahead in ritual or in harvest; for a moment he asked what they were doing, but thought it would not be his business. Maybe he would learn more by watching instead of asking. The path went forward and up until they found light hitting their eyes, and slowly made their way. At the end they saw what looked like endless white; a chill wind was blowing at the backs and a clammy feeling against his skin. To his right he caught Thumero's red crystallie back who was standing with that spear he carried resting at his back. He looked like he had been standing there for a long time as he saw a curtain of frost against his armor staring against the whiteness.

"Excuse me Thumero, but what are you doing? Shouldn't you be inside?" He asked the Iron Psion. He could not understand how anyone could just be so stationary and shrug off the outside. Ajax would be rewarded with Thumero's voice inside his head.

"Our enemy is still out there." the Feyeath heard.

"... You don't think it'll be coming here, do you?"

"I do not know. I thought it would come here where one of my comrades was alone, but it seems I was mistaken." Ajax could almost make out a sigh in the words and paled.

"You want it to come here?"

"Father, who are you talking to?" He could hear his son express his confusion and he should have answered but felt compelled for answers.

"I want to find it and kill it so no more would die." Ajax could understand the intent but it seemed like he was disregarding what Arora and Venari were hoping for; they surely did not want their foe to find them. His thoughts were cut off when the Psion's words reached the Feyeath again. "I mean no disrespect." he said.

Ajax blinked. "I did not say anything."

"I could hear your thoughts. Before we all came here we were taken from our homes and held in bondage and our enemy may be from our captors."

"I didn't... That actually happened to you? Even Arora."

"I cannot speak for the others. Their lives are their own."

Ajax had to pause for a moment. Everything from Thumero felt too concise, detached, and ignorant; and if The Psion was reading his thoughts he would have known this now.

"I have never really spoken of what had happened to others. Every one of us had escaped our captors and found your world as shells... I had thought that I would heal here-"

"Hey now, you don't have to tell me everything."

"But you wanted to know."

"... Yes, but I... I just want to know if my boy was going to be safe." His mind returned to the thoughts he had back in the have those maybes and feelings that came from nowhere. He had expected Thumero to chime in with a question, something like what he would do to protect Sraker. Slowly the Psion's armored figure spun around to face him before planting himself on the ground.

"If you want to protect your son yourself, then I will help give you that power."

Ajax's eyes widened, and Sraker started shaking his father to get his attention. He had been acting very strangely with these questions. It had succeeded in a way. Ajax turned to see his son and saw concern. He smiled at his son and said, "I'm fine" with a chuckle. "I think Thumero wanted to talk to me alone. He said things that... were strange. I did not want it to scare you."

It was enough to ease Sraker's concerns, Ajax hoped it would ease his concern. Then out of nowhere the Iron Psion spoke to him. aloud.

"You clearly have much on your mind. Your love; your child; your home. I see ideas that drive you. I can give you the power to pursue your will."

Ajax's eyes widened at the declaration, baffled that Thumero would do that so eagerly. He looked back at his son and felt a surge of data run across his vision; the anger he felt; the strangeness their life had taken; what information the gods gave to him. He felt small.

"You do not need to feel small. There are few people who find themselves with what you see and know now."

The Feyeath felt something in his chest lift as The Psion spoke again.

"I'd say the same could be said for you, and the other gods." Ajax answered. His mind felt serene and accepting of Thumero's offer. He had expected to be picked up in the air again, but it did not happen; no sudden lift or movement.

"I will see the both of you in the haven, and teach you all I can. You shall have that which will enforce your drive."

Since accepting Thumero's teaching the days had gotten... intense; the god made Ajax address his own feelings and instructed him to do the strangest things like move himself with his own mind, or read Sraker's thoughts. Some days he felt mentally tired and unable to think, while at other times he came to terms with what he wanted to do. Ajax wanted to give his son the life he thought he deserved; he wanted to live for both his son and Felissa - may she be in peace; he wanted to make the scattered lands of the Bay and Plains into a land where both Feyeath and Kaish could live together in harmony; he wanted to know more of the world around him to help fulfill his other wants. The Feyeath felt like he found something that made him feel at peace despite his urges, and Thumero could only approve.

Thumero will convert AJax into a Demigod. Difficulty should be 15; [+4] in Psionics should work considering the method and location, I hope...

Planned domain should be Empathy [+2]; being able to hear the unspoken thoughts and feelings of other people; to intuitively know the mood and mindset of a person and directly speak to those feelings in a crowd.

With permission from Godzillarich, Bolt will be assisting in this act of creation. In his words, +4 weather: with his power he give this little one the power to sense the weather and stand harsh climates‏.

Taumel - The Lucent Reef - 10/30ap, 2mp

Taumel heard Thumero's warning, but couldn't leave the site of creation before she was done with the Valadur. Once she was, she hung it around her neck and considered the options. Apparently everyone was running scared for no apparent reason. Two of them had died, but so far no one had provided any explanation with proof to what had happened. She decided to not give in to the others lunacy, and return to the reef to test the Valadur.

She teleported back to the reef, where she activated the Valadur. A massive amount of threads appeared all around her, coming from a vast number of different sources. She felt like she had walked into a colourful spiderweb. It was difficult to make out the origins of most of the threads, so she decided to find Avaline.

Avaline was with Lowe, no surprise there, and she was glad because it gave her an opportunity to check both of their threads. Avaline's thread was thick, one of the thickest she'd seen so far, likely because she influenced many through her own existence. It was fairly long too, but did come to an abrupt end eventually. Taumel had to assume it was her death. Lowe's was not as thick as Avaline's, but still considerably thicker than others. It began to ran parallel to Avaline's at one point, then never stopped. It was a bit longer than Avaline's, but ended shortly after hers.

Taumel left their threads alone. She didn't want to influence their evolution as her first action with the Valadur. Those two were already destined for great things, and they would die when their time came, but they would not be forgotten.

Next she found Laila, the black hand member seemed to be talking with herself, but stopped suddenly when she noticed Taumel. Taumel smiled, and transformed into the white feyeath. Laila lowered her weapon when she realized the being was the Great Mind. Taumel investigated Laila's thread, and found that it seemed to consist of two seperate threads intertwined together. One was thick and came to an end, the other was thin, but seemed to have no end at all. Maybe ghosts never die?

Had Laila already achieved such a status that she would never be forgotten by a select few? The thought gave her an idea. The demigods were useless to her for now, because none of these mortals had the intelligence to grasp such power. Maybe they never would. However, a vessel of knowledge and skill that was loyal to her could be immensely useful. A legendary ghost, unable to die, created solely as a weapon to wield against what opponents may present themselves.

Taumel stepped over to Laila, and pressed her palm against the Feyeath's chest. Laila burred her fur up at the sense of the cold hand on her.

"Oh, she's touching us." Avaline the hallucination said. "Touching us, us, us. She's so much more than our leader."

The hallucination seemed to want to shift shape and take on the white feyeath's instead, but hesitated. Laila remained calm and collected. She did however feel slightly confused as to what was happening.

"These are the words you will live by." Taumel spoke. "You will master death, but it will never have any power over you. You are my weapon, my assassin, my general for any foreseeable future. This is the gift I give to you if you want it."

Laila was about to question what was going on, when she recoiled in pain as the palm burned something into her skin. She tried to step away, but realized that if she wanted to accept the gift her master was giving her she should not move. She pushed through it and the pain ceased eventually, and symbols were burnt into her chest.

Der Tod schwingt mit in deinen hüften
Der Tod fließt mit in deinem blut

"What does it mean?" Laila asked, who did not know how to read and the symbols were upside down from her angle anyway.

"Death is in your movements, death is in your blood." Taumel answered. It was fairly close to the true meaning of the words.

She used the Valadur to change the evolutionary thread of Laila, combining the two threads into one, removing the knot of death. This way she would become immortal, but no one else than the two of them would know about it. What purpose did the creation of a powerful weapon serve if everyone else knew about it? She improved her mind as well to let her gather more knowledge and skill than any mortal could.

"I want you to take another name and title if you are to be worthy of such power." Taumel said, and Laila nodded. "Lalesai the Banshee, of the Lucent Reef."

Venari - Silverholt - 15/30 AP, 2 MP

Time passed in the caves of Silverholt and Venari's tribe of Nirn were flourishing through the altered environment. His alterations easing the burden of the Nirn living their year round, and not only year round but at an advantage against the wildlife.

But it wasn't to last if he didn't act again. The Nirn born after he had begun to tamper with their biology weren't as affected by his work. The rate of decay would likely increase further with the next generation and they would be forced to leave again.

Venari didn't want to be alone again, his stabilization through the consumption of the man had robbed him of his mental multiplicity. The Nirn had made him realise just how much it had affected him, how much he missed the millions of voices that had sung in him. If he didn't act they would leave and his gifts would come to mean nothing out there.

He needed to refresh and stabilize it in their genetics and through certain other things. What he knew of nature was built upon what he had stolen from the ancients or been fed by them. He had enough to see where evolution would begin to lead the Nirn that he had altered if they retained his gifts. He knew enough to solve the problems that would face them beyond Silverholt.

The alterations would have to be slow. Internal change could occur throughout this generation but external change would have to come more slowly over the course of the next two. Their skin would need to be more pale for the arctic and their hair would need to be thicker for that particular wilderness. Their sight would need to be refined from what he had given them if it was to be useful beyond the cave. The cryokinetic abilities given could be maintained with further modifications to their nervous system and the introduction of a Thumero's mineral, though it would take longer for them to learn to use it and to refine it as a tool.

He would need help. Arora and Thumero would likely do so. They were nearby and living amongst the Nirn they would feel it. He could ask them to help as well, but he wasn't quite sure of how.

He felt Thumero instilling power in the father of Arora's "apprentice" as he thought of the young child. Though he had yet to give his strength unsolicited he felt it appropriate to help with this. As he worked upon the Nirn he used some of his strength to assist with empowering the man.

As his changes began to spread into the Nirn, preparing them and waiting for the time when their bodies and minds would be ready to change fully, Venari decided to send a message to Arora and Thumero telepathically "I humbly ask for your assistances with my work upon the Nirn of my tribe."

Time would tell how his actions would change the nature of the Nirn he had chosen.

- Alter the Nirn of Silverholt to create a subrace through the stabilization of their blessings into traits.

A stabilization of the Nirn tribe previously blessed by Venari into a race of their own, separate from but genetically related to the other Nirn of the world. Their flesh on average is less of a dusky obsidian colour and now closer in description to a pale violet or grey colour. Their eyes while within the same range as before tend towards darker colours. Their hair is mostly the same as before but tends to be a bit more greyish now. Due to the similarities in genes and a shared ancestry they are able to interbreed with other Nirn. The offspring of such unions result in either a mixing of attributes (should it be another subrace of Nirn) or the inheritance of the traits of the Arctic Nirn (should it be the original race of Nirn). In both cases the offspring would have mixed skin, eye, and hair colours as is normal.

Notable traits separating them from the base Nirn, gained through the blessing of their progenitors and the involvement of multiple gods in their creation:
- A higher range of biological tolerance to temperatures allowing for them to survive in the harsh conditions of the arctic comfortably.

- The ability to grow and shape ice in the environment through Cryokinesis after receiving the necessary psionic training. Their base capacity for such things is enabled by tiny nodules of Thumero's psionic mineral existing throughout their nervous system which assist the natural talents of the mind into developing without hindrance.

- Altered sight blending the normal sight of Nirn, darkvision (night vision), and the ability to see heat thermally. Essentially causing their eyes to act in three modes and the inbetweens of these three modes: Light (Normal/Thermal), Dark (Darkvision/Thermal), and Storm (Primarily thermal mixed with a combination of the other two).

- Action is difficulty 11, with a cost of 4 AP. Total domain bonus applied to the roll is +4.

- Should have 11/30 AP at end of turn.

-Assist Thumero in the creation of a demigod, +2 purity (I tried to think of a +2 hunt application, but realised that the application of that wouldn't really apply without altering Ajax's nature in particular). No intended changes to Ajax through influence.

Thumero - Silverholt - 9/30 AP - 2 MP

Days passed and little by little it seemed that the mortal Ajax's training was progressing. There were times that he was in great pain from tapping into his power, but the mortal knew when to stop. This was someone who sought control rather than test his very potential. A stray thought entered his head on what the others had to have felt in their acts of creation; if they had felt something more than the anticipation he felt.

Then his mind picked up Venari's plea and he was no longer in the haven. AJax would probably ask why he left so suddenly, but it did not mind. He found a large gathering of Nirn and set himself in its center. For this entire time the idea of these Nirn-folk that would hunt him down had lost its teeth. One by one he entered the minds of the Nirn and looked for every node in their head to open. Each one clutched their head thinking it would explode, or some kind of creature would pop out of their skulls, before they would fall asleep. Thumero needed them to be dormant lest what he would do to them would be more traumatising. His head twitched as he recalled a stray needle prodding into the back of his neck for their amusements; maybe they would despise him for what he would do to them, but it would have been preferable than keeping them awake.

The rest became simplistic as he channeled his own psioinic energy into each Nirn itself. It was a similar procedure to one of the many things the aliens did to the Psion before he became who he was. While awake the process could have wrecked their mind, but with their minds already unspooled by trance and dream the damage would be lessened. They would probably feel very disoriented when they woke up, possibly have their own psyches meshed into a messy hodgepodge but they would come out of this in much better shape than he did.

Thumero shall aid in the creation of these Arctic Nirn; [+4] in Psionics should apply. He will also add some limited powers of remote viewing to get a better grasp of their surroundings though only in Darkvision.

Era BloodWitch: 17/30
The wind burned as it whipped against Era's face. She cursed at herself and looked over at her mutations, who seemed unaffected by the frosty chill. Era turned to her follower, Lucian, he stared ahead in a slight daze.
"Lucian, this is taking too damn long. I need to get to the Breakopen now." She mumbled softly to him. Lucian looked at Era and pondered for a moment.
"My lady, have you considered creating a faster creature? A species?" He softly prodded.
Era thought to herself and smiled, patting Lucian on the cheek.
"Nice thought, I think I will. I'll make a beast that can run for days and will bring us to the Breakopen twice as fast." She smiled and clapped her hands together, halting the pack.

Era sat up and pulled a small crystal out of her pocket, placing it in a small, leather satchel. She cut off a lock of Lucians hair and a lock of her own. She sliced her palm and Lucians, letting it drip into the satchel. Era chanted to herself, "Bestia, vivere. Exaudire mi". The contents of the satchel bubbled and hissed. She poured the mixture onto the frozen ground.Mound after mound shaped themselves into a creature, 9 feet tall and 8 ft wide. The 6 mounds lay in a bloddy iced form. Era walked to each one and placed her hand over the face of the creature and pushed a pulse of energy through each one.
"Awaken my Scáthach! We have many things to do." She smiled to herself as her creatures rose from the ice.
The Scáthach bore large, ice clawed feet with leathery brown skin and bands of blood red fur. They had a small pair of eyes, for hightened vision, and a tail that could whip any predator out of way.
Era climbed upon one. Her fingers traced the small wings that lay upon the Scáthach's back. Era turned to face her mutations.
"Climb on. Lets go." She commanded.
The Nirn all piled onto the six Scáthach and with a deep whistle, they marched on. The Silverholt tundra whizzing by in a blur as the caravan raced towards the Breakopen.

Leilani- 10/30 AP, 2MP-Steelcoast Swamp

Leilani was furious that her attempts to make her Feyeath gifted with nature magic failed. What was worse was that her followers kept attempting to use their "new" powers.

"You idiots! It's clear that what I did fail, so stop being so stupid and do something more productive." Leilani then stormed off into the swamp. Many of the Feyeath were confused as to why Leilani was mad. She never acted like this before. Helio was going to follow Leilani, but she was so fast, he had no clue where she went.
Leilani was crying as she ran through the swamp, stopping by a nearby lake. She sat by it, staring at the water. She began to talk to herself.

"I don't know what to do. I wanted my Feyeath to get the nature magic, so they could better protect themselves, for both Yggdrasil and against this new threat. I believe Yggdrasil is very defensible, but need to make sure. I mean I could try again, but it would end up as a fail again. I would need other gods to help me."

When Leilani looked up, she saw the most beautiful Nirn she had ever seen. She hadn't seen that many around in the swamp. Not many Nirn venture into this part of the swamp, so it must have been fate that it came upon Leilani. Leilani moved vines near the Nirn to pin her to the ground. Leilani then walked over to the Nirn, who was too scared to talk.

"I don't know why you look so scared," Leilani said to the Nirn. "You'll get to become my demigod and a toy I can use as many times I want. I know you'll enjoy it just as much as I will. My Feyeath will be able to learn nature magic as well."

Leilani sat on the pinned Nirn, straddling her. She then touched the Nirn's head with her hand, channeling power into her. The Nirn screamed in pain, but there was nothing she could due, being pinned to the ground and Leilani sitting on top her.

Leilani sent out a mental message to the other gods. "I'm attempting to make a demigod that would help against this new threat. I would be appreciated if any of you would be able to help me with this."

Leilani also sent specific messages to Arora and Taumel, with Taumel's being much more personal compared to the others.

Ar'Guran 9/30 AP 2 MP

Standing with Gi'zeal and Bolt Ar'Guran can feel that this was going to take longer than a while. Looking back at Viera and nodding at her slightly she bows and stands, turning and taking a running jump she flys through the air back towards the Breakopen.

Flying through the air and looking down at the forest when she gets over it Viera can feel hundreds and hundreds of dead things in and under the forest. Making her way to the main cliff where the Dragon had been working with mortals. Falling to the ground and landing lightly she makes her way past the low wall of rubble that had been made around part of the cliff halfway between the cliff and the trees. Stepping around a few workers who were carrying rough made buckets to bring the small ones and a few of the Leonin helping to drag the much larger boulders out into the wall. Giving a little hop and sailing over one of these large boulders and landed next to a few of the workers who were working with the food being rough gown and giving them a start.

Smiling lightly and walking into the cliff she laughs lightly as she looks around and can see the work that had been done. Some of it very rough much of it was more than livable. Moving past a group who were moving into one of the none window rooms to sleep with leathers in front of it she helps a child who was following their parents when it starts to fall making the parents look uncertain but not saying anything knowing nothing really dangerous would be able to get into their new home. Moving to the back and following a curving ramp to above she is surprised to see that much of the second level had already been done.

Moving to the side and reaching out to a spot where a spirit stands she slowly draws it out and smiles lightly.
"Why are you staying here in the dark when you could be in the light?"

Vieras power gave the spirit the ability to half manifest and talk to her as he still watches those working.
"I died doing this... it wasn't on purpose or anything it was just bad luck. I was carrying some rocks out down the ramp when a rock got away from some Leonin and rolled down it, crushing me. I was gone before i even know what was happening. I stay here to watch the rest of my family, making sure they are not to sad and maybe helping if i can."

Following his eyes Viera can see a young Fey working with some older ones but taking more than his share and doing his best. Smiling to herself and setting her hand on the shoulder of the spirit she steps away and lets him fade back to watch his family working. Walking over and touching the boy and a few others she waves at the buckets that had been set a bit away.
"Stop and eat, you have been working and i can see that many are tired. Take a break long enough to be strong again."

As they look at each other and a few move over to drink and eat a few things the boy doesn't move. Looking at him their eyes meet and she smiles at him. Taking a half step to the side Viera lets him see the half manifested father making his eyes widen before it fades slowly again.
"He loves you enough to watch over you even after death."

The boy nods slowly and keeps staring at the spot before looking at Viera.
"You work for the Dragon as well? Many here questioned wether to stay here working for him but after those death worms came into the forest this is the really only safe place. Almost half the people here came here running from them, and of the first who were taken some did leave but they came back after a few days and joined back in. The ease of food and safety in return for working on this cliff is in many opinions worth it."

Nodding and looking around at the other workers eating and resting Viera puts her hand on the boys shoulder and starts leading him out, manifesting the spirit of his father and pulling him along with her she goes outside before taking a firmer grip and flying up to the top of the cliff. Her Father having shown her that much of the important things should be done high above the forest. Landing and setting the boy on the ground she looks at him before looking between them.
"Do you wish to become a new race following the Dragon? You two would be one of the first and help start it."

The now fully manifested spirit looks at his son and says softly.
"If he does than yes."

The boy looks back at his father before turning to Viera and nodding firmly, his eyes strong.
"Yes."

Smiling and touching each on their forehead their bodys melt and seem to come together before stopping. Sending a question to her father he sends back power absentmindedly as he talks with the other gods.
