This summer, a group of friends and I are going to attempt a week long "Let's Play" project involving a board game and filming it like a reality TV show. To add to this insanity, I want to add penalty games. Whenever a player loses home-territory (I.E. territory in their starting country) they must play a penalty game. The problem is that I'm not sure what penalty games to do.
So, escapists, what ideas for penalty/punishment games do you have. Please note that some participants may be under the age of 21 so anything related to alcohol might not be workable. Everyone will be 18 and up (to my knowledge). So any ideas you have, throw em at the wall and we'll see what sticks.
EDIT:
A couple of you have asked. So the project is going to be on the game "Diplomacy". Here are some links. I'm thinking of editing the rules so that whenever you lose a territory (home or not) you take a punishment... but that might be a bit much. Still toying with it.
