Yes, the people have made up their minds. Microsoft is going to get the hardcore hardcore fanboys who have their parents infinitely deep pockets regardless of horrible decisions. The rest of us who game to play games, have social lives, jobs, friends (real ones, not Super Friends TM), and enjoy our freedoms are all going to get the more accessible, affordable, longer-established consoles. I for one already own a Wii U and while I wish I could be enjoying it more, I know I've already gotten my moneys worth out of it, far more than I'm ever going to invest in Microsoft ever again, and I plan to get a PS4 come hell or high water.
And more to the point: You listed exclusives, not total games. Total the PS4 has a back catalog of games stretching back more than 15 years to delve from, available at launch. They're exclusives, just not all new ones that draw people back to Sony endlessly (and Nintendo is well on its way to doing the same).
Lets face it. Microsoft deserves every bit of flak they get.
