I'm only 21 but I feel old whenever a child or a young teen I know goes through a growth spurt. I'm always amazed at how much bigger they are, then I remember that "look how much you've grown" is something old people say.

80s seems chessy to me. But I don't like the the 90s neither XD.
OT:I was born the year when the Playstation came out internationally.
Yes. I felt the raw power and became a god.

Speaking as a 1986 vintage, I have friends from all age groups. I'm 25 and have friends ranging from 15-16 all the way up to their 40's.

I don't see a problem with folks who are younger or older than me, as long as they treat me with the respect due a fellow human. Any respect further than that, I'm happy enough to earn.

Though it's also fun when I can be called both 'Old Man' and 'Young Pup' by my pals, and I know they'd only do it as a gentle rib, as opposed to an actual insult, since I tend to keep the company of sarcastic folks. I know there's no harm intended, and they know there's no harm intended when I return fire in kind. :)

I was born back in '91 and I feel fucking old. It depresses me.

I also realised I don't want to age beyond 25. D:

I have traveled here from the year 1986 to say this:

yeah I always feel old when I hear shit like that . . . kids born in the mid 90s, kids not knowing who good old bands are, never having seen the REAL Karate Kid movies, not having played the original Meta Gear games . . . not knowing what a gamegear is. It hurts . . .

I just turned 31 today (happy birthday to me) and I do feel old around younger folks. Mainly because i've got a daughter starting university soon and that makes me feel old.

Even when I was at school myself, every year that past me and a friend used to look around and say "christ the new kids are getting smaller every year".

I just turned 30 today and boy do I feel old, and bummed out at how my lifes turned out. All these kids born in the 90's with their interwebs and their pokemons, get off my lawn. Pretty much the only shining light is that in two years I can legally have sex with girls who weren't even born when I finished school.*

*This last part, whilst true is meant as a joke.

... I can't believe I'm lying about my age already. I'm not 25 /yet/, my birthday's in November. I think this has to do with as a child I associated 22 with being the real age of being grown up, more than 18 or 21. Why? Cause that's how old Aeris was when she died. Turning 23 was a travesty because she never got to be that old. That's how nerdy I am. So.. apparently I /am/ 24 and just forgot turning 24. I need to go hide in a corner and cry now. >_<

What weirds me out is now i'm older than most of the up and coming starlets in tv and movies.
I've started noticing that with some people and I'm an early 90's baby. Nothing makes you feel like you're lagging behind than seeing actors/singers/athletes who are your age or younger and at the top of their field. :(

I was born in '86, and for the most part I hate teenagers. Seriously, most of the kids who come through my store and were born in the '90s are obnoxious little turds.

Then again, I hate my generation too. Spoiled asshats. :)
