Anybody know of a 80+gb MP3 player for under 180? My 8bg nano is out of space and I'd like to replace it. I could get s 120 gb zune for 160 but I'm not too fond of them.

I personally dislike the ipod from personal experience with both itunes and the ipod itself. I have owned two and both broke due to a bad battery and bad harddrive.

Yeah, I bought an ipod a few years back for £269 and it broke within 4 months and they refused to fix/ refund it for some reason.

Since then I've owned a cheap, £20 Iitronics MP3 player and it's lasted me over 2 years and still going strong.

Always said I'd never use an iPod. Can't make a liar out of myself, so I use my Zune. Now, I've tried a friend's iPod, and I think it's over-hyped crap. I can not comment on the iPod Touch, but the Shuffle is crud. You could get an iRiver for half the price and get more features and a frakkin' screen. Anyways. I have the original Zune, Halo 3 Edition, just because it was the better looking one they had. I am perfectly happy with it. I listen to podcasts at work, and music on my motorcycle.

I absolutely adore my ipod and couldn't think of using anything else. It holds all 30gb of my classical music no problem, I've had it four years and never had an issue with it despite it being dropped numerous times, and the battery still holds out. I reckon they're fantastic!

A small 2GB Ilo. I think it's been discontinued. But it does the job for me since I only listen to about .6 GB of music. That and it's cheaper than and Ipod shuffle with half the memory.

I used to use my trusty 'ol PSP 3000... Until it decided to crap out on me and stop producing sound of any kind for seemingly no reason. Now I use the iPod Shuffle my brother gave to me (iTunes fucking sucks, by the way).

Also, is it weird that my iTunes let's me put songs that I've illegally downloaded onto my iPod with no hassle what so ever?

I love my 16gb Creative Zen. Its amazing, i used to have this cheap little thing which mimicked an ipod but died quickly however i've had no problems with my zen other than my battery is starting to go a bit dodgy but thats due to over usuage on my part. Once this one bites the dust and goes to zen heaven i'm deffinitly going to get another zen.

Except that the button covers have fallen off the sides, the battery cover and USB port cover have fallen off, and the metal bit at the top is slightly rusty. Oh, and it's scratched from about 4-5 years of use. I Love It.​
