I've just realised I've posted several times in this thread, and not actually given my opinion. Oh well... here goes.

In my eyes, there is no such thing as a perfect album. If there were, then I would have no need to ever listen to any album ever again. I would just listen to that one. Thus there is no perfect album, just many imperfect ones. Though the album that has come closest is Steve McQueen by Prefab Sprout...

Hand built By Robots by Newton Faulkner, perfect relaxing album!
Bleed American by Jimmy Eat World
Commit This To Memory by Motion City Soundtrack
Transatlanticism by Death Cab For Cutie
Plans by Death Cab For Cutie.

Give me time, I could go on.

Amazing album.

Also, Rebuilt By Humans by Newton Faulkner.
Really? It is an amazing album, but I don't think it is as good as his first. That's, of course, just my opinion however.

Not technically an album, but the Beatles' Magical Mystery Tour double EP is what I'm listening to right now, and it's pretty damn flawless

OK Computer by Radiohead.

It was actually the first album I ever bought so maybe it's a bit of nostalgia speaking.

I would agree with some posts on here:

The Devil and God are Raging Inside of Me - Brand New, my favourite album of all time.

Kid A - Radiohead - second favourite, flows beautifully.

Death Cab - Transatlantacism
and Protest the Hero - Kesia are both amazing from start to finish.

Good taste, Escapist!

Between the Buried and Me- Colors

Great album that flows seemlessly from one song to another, technically the album is just one long song.
Just coming on to post this. Love, love, LOVE that album...especially Foam Born A. So damn happy.

Also, welcome to the Escapist!

Sensucht, Rammstein.
Ameliorate [EP], An Endless Sporadic
The Answer To The Infection [EP], Cholera
