I get to stand around taking pictures [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/18.96167-A-delightful-suprise-at-work-today].

Little animals follow me around and the work smells nice. You really can't beat that.

Working for myself, thus avoiding any angry-boss moments. No, wait. I'm angry all the time. Damn...

Freedom to roam around and pretty much do whatever I want, as long as I don't leave before my shift ends.

See movies for free, and if the snacks go out of date you can eat them. It sounds gross, but they're rarely more than a week out of date, and on things like chocolate bars, and soft drinks it makes no difference. Once 81 Kit-Kat Chunkys went out of date, and I took a dozen or so home with me. Oh and once a year we go for a meal out. I love my job.

So we all have jobs
Oh, I wish that were true. I really, really wish that were true.

I'm unemployed and a student. So I guess the only perk for me is that I get a lot of free time when I don't have lectures. Otherwise, not many perks. Although it does mean I'm part of the NUS, so I get a student discount on some things and also am allowed to do university society activities (just been made Treasurer of Film-Making Society! Woo!).
Yeah, same here, and I'm currently under the push to get a job.

I mow lawns since most jobs are taken, so a benefit is that the job is mindless, I can mow basically whenever I want and it's really profitable.

I get paid to watch Major League Baseball. It's pretty damn sweet.
That sounds like a sweet deal. Are you a columnist? Something else in the game? Please do share. I'd love to hear.

OT: I have no job. When I did, the biggest perk was getting to know people.
Nothing cool like a columnist or anything, just an usher at Petco Park, so I stand around talking to drunks while watching baseball. I do get paid like $13 an hour to do it though, so it's not like it's an extremely terrible job or anything.

Also I get to see Bill Murray once a year, he will come to San Diego to watch the Cubs play.
