Undoubtedly will be bought. ATLUS + Arc System Works... What could go wrong?

I'm thinking in maining Kanji Tatsmi. It looks like the tanker type as Iron Tager in the BlazBlue series.

Now ATLUS, please, Persona 4 The Golden to USA.

to be honest I'd rather hear about persona 4 the golden coming over here. never really got into fighting games since I'm not that good. action games like the dw series are more my style.

I'm very afraid of how those two would be into the game. Bth of the are firearm wielders, and in cases like Deadpool of Marvel VS Capcom 3 and Fox of Smash Bros, they are commonly used by spamming fireguns. But well, lets wait for how ASW can do it.

Also, it seems it will only have very few characters:

-Yu
-Yosuke
-Chie
-Yukiko
-Kanji
-Teddie
-Naoto
-Aigis
-Mitsuru
-Akihiko

Barely ten characters.. It sounds a very small roster compared that the indie developer of Skullgirls made eith. I smell a lot of DLC characters.

Noel Vermillion uses guns and she is an up close, rush type character. There are supposedly a few slots left in the roster. I am vainly hoping for Eikichi Mishina.

I'm not really surprised by this news, it was pretty much a given that the game would be localized. AKSYS and Atlus have a pretty good track record when it comes to localizing their games, and in a timely manner too.

I'll check it out when it releases, see if it's good and who feels right. Although I'm more excited at the return of Guilty Gear; P4 Fighter will just become irrelevant to me once the glory that is GGX2AC+ hits PSN/XLBA with it's online goodness *drools*.

Having a small roster isn't necessarily a bad thing. BlazBlue can vouch for that. Having less characters means more resources invested in making the few of them interesting, colorful, and fleshed out. Considering that this was developed by Arc System Works, I expect each of these characters to have unique playstyles.

Already read the announcement, but it's still great news.

I'll probably do most of my fighting as Yu or Chie. Maybe a bit of Naoto on the side because she still retains her insta-kill mudo skill. (Skip to 0:29)

Most likely Kanji since he's my favorite character (in all of Persona, not just P4)

and I always liked Akihiko and I think his "I killed a bear" new design is kinda cool, plus Caesar is my favorite Persona design of the series so he'll probably be my backup.

My only complaint is that they decided to call the game Persona 4: Arena. One, because most people who follow the game spent the past 6 months calling it P4: U and two because P4: A is already what they call the anime that I refuse to watch.

Still though, getting confirmation of P4: A's localization and getting a Japanese release date for P4: G in one day IS very satisfying and this is good news.

I love Persona 4. As much as I enjoyed P3 Portable, P4 is still one of the best for me. And now its getting tons of stuff it was missing before. Costume changes in battle, combination attacks (so cool), new environments. Only thing missing, from the series as a whole, is more music options. I'd LOVE to be able to CHANGE THE MUSIC DURING BATTLE. Innocent sin is really the only one that i didn't get too tired of where Battle Music is concerned. And P3FES (Answer.)

So gonna buy Golden and Ultimate. Because i Love them.
