Persona 4 Vita and Persona 4 Fighter

Oh look, another great game to add onto the already hefty list of games coming out for the Vita. It's not like I needed any more convincing for getting it; give me Dissidia 3 and I'll e happy. And Persona 2 comes out for the PSP later this month....hope it's better than 3....

I am curious about this fighter though. Given then it's being made by Aksys, it's already off to an optimistic start. Just hope it turns out good.

Don't feel too bad. Atlus loves the 3DS, too.

I really want DS Overclocked.

Overclocked doesn't really seem to add that much to Devil Survivor, but since I never found a copy of the original Devil Survivor, I'm hoping to pick up Overclocked before the year's end.

What? You didn't want your money back when you realized there were no games for it? Nintendo was the one that betrayed you there.

I don't know, Nintendo has some decent looking stuff coming out, just none of it is actually out. Capcom's burnt me far more than Nintendo when it comes to the 3DS.

I can't afford vita, and im barely saving up for a ps3 and stuff. Damn it, why did something awesome have to happen when I am currently broke.

But still, glad to hear they doing P5 and a P4 portable on Vita.

I don't know, Nintendo has some decent looking stuff coming out, just none of it is actually out. Capcom's burnt me far more than Nintendo when it comes to the 3DS.

Eh, I dunno. I mean, MGS3D is pretty much moot given the collection, Mario 3D isn't really turning that many heads, Star Fox 3D is the same game again, and it wasn't that great to begin with, Mario Kart is the samegame again, Luigis Mansion is more loved for the fact that its Luigi than anything really of the game itself, and DDD has been silent fr so long I'd be suprised if it wasn't cancelled.

Kid Icarus: Uprising, Paper Mario 3D, and THEATRYTHM: Final Fantasy are pretty high on my radar. I'm a bit of a Nintendo fanboy so I'll be getting Mario Kart 7 and Super Mario 3D Land. I've never played Star Fox 64, so it's new to me. I don't think Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance has been cancelled, since there was news about it not too long ago, Square Enix is just weird about this stuff, I expect to see it at TGS in a couple of weeks. Tales of the Abyss, Cave Story 3D, and Bit.Trip.Saga interest me as well, despite being ports/remakes.

I agree that the upcoming collection for Metal Gear Solid killed my interest in the 3D remake of Snake Eater, despite it being my favorite in the series. I just don't see the point in getting it when I can get it and 4 other games (Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear, Solid Snake, and Peace Walker) for the same price on another of my frequently used consoles (360). Although I already have The Essential Collection on PS2, I still probably get the HD Collection.

Um, anyway, Persona, yeah this thread is about that...

I was hit by all of this news at once earlier. I almost had a heart attack. Glad I didn't buy a 3DS, Vita here I come. And yay, Persona 5 lives!

As for me, yay, but I never finished 4 anyway (do intend to, but it didn't grab me quite as quickly as 3 did). But it'll be a while before I pick up a Vita, or a 3DS, and which one I get first depends on money and what's out at the time.

Well, according to the megalist of games that the 3DS totally has in development that was shown at E3 2010, a Persona game in addition to Devil Survivor (Which is out) and another Shin Megami Tensei game were in development. Naturally, some people were hoping a handheld Persona 4 might hit there. I'm guessing it could be the other half of Persona 2, or something else entirely, if it exists at all...
