Just posting something that might be of interest to the Escapist.
Evidently, a lot of Persona related videos have disappared from youtube, being taken down because of a copyright claim by Светлана Галка.
I would appreciate it if the Escapist would investigate this matter.

Or simply search Persona related videos on Youtube. Soundtracks more than anything else.
Patent and copyright trolls like these need to be fought at every turn.
This is why I loathe YouTube's copyright system because as of right now it is entirely broken. I've been doing LPs myself for about a year and a half now, and I've had to deal with a lot of copyright claims. So far I've won all of them, but some of them I never had to go fully through the process with as I didn't wanna deal with the hassle, so I modified my video a bit to fall under Fair Use.
The ones that are from the actual company that made the game I'm playing I acknowledge as being theirs since it is, but most of the times it has been from false flaggers. I'm sure not many people remember a couple of years ago when that false flagger managed to get both NintendoCaprisun and Chuggaconrroy banned from YouTube for a short while before they were reinstated by Google.
Here's a story of false flagging that happened to me a few months back at the beginning of my Spyro 3 Year of the Dragon LP. When I had to redo my episode 1 of the Kingdom Hearts Final Mix Let's Play I muted the audio for Simple and Clean at the beginning, so as to fall under the Fair Use Act of 1976. Well turns out I still received a copyright claim, from the Orchard Music Group. They claimed that I used copyrighted music from them, which was not true since if anyone has a claim to it they would be EMI Studios Japan for songs like Simple and Clean or Sanctuary, and Square Enix for Yoko Shimomura's work. But the best part is the parts of the video that they claimed "infringed on their copyright." The part that they claimed was the completely muted audio of Simple and Clean, there was no music and there was no commentary, just the blank video. So basically they were claiming to own silence I guess. Well that's not all, because a few days later, Orchard Music Group did the same thing
again by claiming I used their audio when the part of the video they flagged had no audio at all. Got through to them eventually and got them to remove the strikes, but it was still a pain in the ass.
