As always, Sho Minamimoto from Twewy. Zetta awesome and I'm actually quite proud of the fact that I managed to beat his taboo form on the story mode playthrough in week 3. Sure I was playing on easy but considering he's impossible to hit unless you either get very lucky or wait til he stops to attack, I still get a little satisfaction. And yes, I know it doesn't matter whether or not you win that fight.

Lu Bu. He will wreck your shit.

The Gravemind has charm too.

Queen of Ice was funny. She's tied with Doris Egan for pure hilarious off-the-deep-end crazy.

Big Red from Bulletwitch, in a meta kinda way, as he was the only bad guy who had me raging when I was fighting him. It took me five hours to kill him when I fought him the first time.

Ghost Widow, from City of Heroes. Her character design is easily my favourite of the game's signature heroes and villains, she has a very cool (and very deadly) attack that's unique to her, and most importantly, she's the first signature character that a villain character will likely meet face to face, in what is one of the best low level story arcs in the game.

I'm a big fan of Saren (Mass Effect) as well. He's sympathetic, 'cause he thinks he's doing the right thing...slavery or annihilation, which would you choose? Though it seems I wasn't the first to choose him, or his master.
Sympathetic? You've obviously not read Mass Effect: Revelations :p read below for why...

Even before he knew the Reapers existed, he was blow up buildings and kill hostages just so he didn't leave any loose threads. He didn't care about them, it made him easier to subvert than other people.

Having said that, Saren definitely ranks as one of my favourite villains of all time, along with Sarevok and Jon Irenicus from the Baldur's Gate series. Plus Ganondorf and General Raam from Gears of War.

The Helghast. They are a reflection of post-WWI Germany and what happens when the victors get too full of themselves and create a monster. Considering the treatment they were subjected to, it's hard not to feel that the Helghast are quite right in being pissed off.

The Nemesis (He terrified me and yet I idolised him for a whole year...)
Onikage (My favourite Rock Star in a video game)
Jack of Blades(And people thing Morgan Freemen has a smooth voice)
King K. Rool (King of an idiot but also kind of a genius)
