Mine would probably manifest in a few ways but most likely it would be:
Groups of teenagers between 16 and 18. Wearing normal but tattered clothes with decaying skin. Featureless face but still some how speaking saying different things at the same time. Stuff like "It's your fault...","Look at us!","We are your friends...","Hate!" and in one corus, behined all the other talking just "join us" over and over.
And if this is already taken or similar to someone elses my bad.

Mine would lurk in the shadows, only striking at the player's bacl when he has just walked past its hiding place.
Then, when the player lies dying at its feet, it would brag about how cool that kill was.

it would be me. My greatest fear is to hurt the ones closest to me, so my monster would be a more evil and twisted reflection of me
My experience in Silent Hill would be a strange one: Being a claustrophobic misanthrope, I would find the city of Silent Hill filled to the brim with mannequins. By mannequin, I literally mean mannequins: lifeless full-body dolls, all of whom would be naked [due to sexual repression] As I wander the streets of Silent Hill, I am haunted by the voices of people laughing. Not in a derisive sort of way, I would hear the joyous laughter and other sorts of marry-making. Of course the joy would be punctuated at times by a very subtle but equally harsh statement from the same disembodied voices though the harsh voice will be distinctly masculine and oddly familiar [due to inadequacy issues which a majority of humans have anyway]
I would wander the streets and find most former homes and businesses inaccessible due to the fact that most doors will be clogged shut by the mannequins. Since I am a borderline shopaholic, I will see all sorts of useful things around the city that I will be unable to actually get to. The more I explore the city though, I will slowly discover that certain items will become available to me so long as I offer something in return. This will eventually leave me with nothing as the items I take disappear after a single use [ie. I will be traking my clothes for keys]
As I walk deeper into the heart of the city, I will notice subtle decreases in the number of mannequins. As I look upon the mannequins, I will see that some of them are marred, scarred and, distorted. The voices and laughter I hear will also seem off in a way that I can't quite place. I will still have met nobody but these disembodied voices and unmoving mannequins however, I would have seen shadows of people moving all the time [due to a slight sleep disorder and general sleep deprivation. Anyone else who doesn't sleep very often may know what I mean here]
My journey will likely lead me to a school [I miss school ... there is also symbolism there because I do miss being younger] There will be no more mannequins and no more sound of any kind. All of the doors will be locked [quit college and am not sure when I'm going back] which will lead me on a singular path straight to the Principal's office. I open the door and find my demon:
Though it is definitely a masculine figure The Principal will be partially encased in a carapace that looks very much like a vagina. It will appear as a frail, middle aged man but with many deformities: It will only have one leg, it's eyes will be without pupils or irises. It will be bald and toothless but it will have a silver tongue both literally and metaphorically. It will beg for me to let live and for me to stay and nurse it to health. Simply being there with it drains me of energy and if I stay with it long enough it will kill me through an absorption of sorts. I can only kill it by denying it or leaving it or ... something ... I haven't really devised a way to do away with it o.o;

That kind of reminds me of another creation of mine, which is just another form of me but wears a suit and Fedora all the time (Though I do have a Fedora now...) who goes around with a scythe and threatens death to all because he's 'Death'.shadowgaunt said:

A pitch black, dark creature because I have always loved darkness, because I love when there's nothing to see and I can actually relax.

The oversized left arm, because I often find it to be the more useless of the appendages, so by overcompensating and turning it into a large, mauling hammer of a hand, or a blade arm in other cases, or the arm that I can shape into many horrible objects in other other cases. The left arm always gets the unique attribute, while the right contains my blade of preference. Usually a plain black katana with no guard(Though it's been a scythe lately. Straight stick/staff and towards the end, a blade with the sharp edge facing down, sticking about 3 meters out)(Also, both hands are clawed at the end, to clarify >< )
The spines across the back, because my own spine seems to jut out and make sitting in many chairs quite uncomfortable(I'm too skinny, so it sticks out about an inch from my body ><) Also the reason the creature is generally skinny. Same with the 2 main spines that stick out quite far and are near the top of the spine at either side. I want to say they're extensions of... a plate. I don't recall what that bone is, but it sticks out of your back when you move your arm across your chest.
With the face, It is only a large mouth(razor sharp teeth and all) that appears to be in a permanent smile. Featureless otherwise, for I never look how I feel I should. My hair doesn't look right, my face doesn't look right, so I like to set it aside. The only personality trait I feel does fit me is insanity, which I do tend to get into temporary fits of which make things quite fun(thus the demonic smile.)
Legs jointed in the way you'd think of a Minotaur's legs to be jointed. Not only are these the types of legs I keep coming back to again and again, but you can vaguely imitate the look by walking on your toes so that the heel of your foot is in the air. It's the way I walk when I sneak around, and it makes little sound.
And the tail, because for one, tails are awesome, and two, because something hunched over as this creature is would require support. Also, I imagine he would often be holding on to the end of the tail with his right hand, as I almost always seem to have my hand looped in something, whether it be my pocket or a string, it's always on something.

It would be a human with spikes jutting from its eyes, mouth, ears and skin on its head. These would also be on it's hands and feet and back and from the slashes in its skin.
It would be something that looks at least something like me only a lot more exagerated. It'd be taller, skinnier, with longer hair and it would have large black eyes and it's mouth would be sewn shut and would walk with a sort of drunken sway.
The eyes large eyes represent how I wish to see the world in beauty, yet all I see is blackness, the sewn mouth shows how I feel my voice is useless, and the walk...well I don't know I just think its creepy.
