So first off, I've been looking for this stuff for a while, but none seemed right.
I doubt I'll get many replies, but it's worth a shot!
Anyway, I've gotten more interested in playing the piano. Mainly just memorising some tunes first off, before I take it more seriously. I've only got a few at the moment, and am looking for some more, but I can't seem to find much, as I just start wondering if it's any good. It's slightly odd, as if someone recommends something, I'll immediately find it interesting to hear/play.
SO. I think I'm rambling here.
Basically, I want to know some piano music you like. Fire away.

It's not entirely piano, although the piano does hold the main melodic role. That said, there is about a minute long intro before the song really gets started (when the piano kicks in), so be a little patient with it.

If you enjoyed it, Port Blue does lots of incredibly beautiful stuff, much of which revolves around the piano.

Relax, and enjoy.

Also a lot of the Silent Hill piano songs are great, although simplistic.

I have to say Fuori Dal Mundo is my favourite.

I know it has a lot more than just a piano but when the keys start playing it just makes a good song great.

Um...Billy Joel? I don't know a whole lot of solo piano stuff I like (although sally harmon is pretty good) but if you're more rock inclined, Dropping Daylight, The Fray, and Five For Fighting are some of the best piano rock bands I've ever heard.

I've been really getting into Liszt's later stuff these days.
Interpretation by Brendel, the best one out there, as usual.

It's just about all I listen to. For games there's the Final Fantasy Piano Collections. For example:

Or Touhou:

And, as listed above, so many classical pieces: Liszt, Chopin, Debussy, Beethoven, Mozart, Rachmaninoff, etc.

Oh, and there's loads of good anime piano as well.

I'm sort of into piano music, I appreciate it and play it myself, however I play metal covers on the piano, and done right, it can sound amazing, check out VK goes wild's cover of One, Fade to Black, Master of Puppets in particular.
