Nathan Drake (Uncharted 1/2) vs. Vash the Stampede (Trigun).

I think that would be an interesting battle, albeit short if Vash uses his giant gun arm thingy.
Yes, but Vash wouldn't miss. If he was blindfolded. And had to fire the gun with his foot. He's superhuman, so I'd recommend Vash vs. Dante. No that won't work, Dante's immortal.
I got nothin.

Jehuty vs. Gundam Wing Zero

Yusuke Urameshi vs. Cloud from ff7

that would be epic
You know what? That would actually somehow work! I'm surprised, most matchups seem to have a clear winner such as Marston vs. Vash the Stampede. This on the other hand! While Cloud has materia, Yusuke has his demon-level spirit power. Cloud's sword is countered by fists of steel.

Guts vs Travis Touchdown. Both are fucking supernaturally strong, have large, heavy weapons that they swing at superhuman speeds, and are probably both able to dodge bullets.

I'd say they'd be pretty fucking even, minus Travis' Dark Step giving him an advantage.

Edward Elric (Fullmetal Alchemist) vs Chell (Portal)
Ed because he doesn't kill or at least prefers not to kill.
Chell because her gun doesn't kill directly.

For those of you who watch wrestling, I would have John Cena from the WWE SDvsR games vs Wolverine (yeas, he was/is in anime too)

Lets see Super-Cena no-sell adimantium claws to the face.
Now YOU can't see me!

Let's see here... How about a competition of blonde sword-wielding badasses?

Clare (from Claymore) VS Cloud Strife (from Final Fantasy 7).
I would rather see Teresa vs Cloud.
Since you're not the first person to mention this, I'll do you a different turn and deliver another blonde sword-wielding badass match-up that's highly-suitable to the occasion.

Teresa of the Faint Smile VS Sephiroth.

I have two choices here
the boss(saints row) vs. Ladd Rusko(Baccano!)
Excalibur (the annoying one from Soul Eater) vs. a TF2 heavy
one choice leads to the ultimate thrown down between two psychopathic killers, the other leads to the death of the most annoying character OF ALL TIME, oh, and a happy heavy
Either way, I win

Now that is a fantastic match up. I think if you assume that Teresa's detection powers apply to Sephiroths abilities as well, it would swind to Teresa, but take that away and it would be a really close match.

So that I'm still contributing with this post, how about Brian Fury from Tekken vs Armstrong from FMA.

Depends. Teresa's abilities read the flow of an aura, and there is power in FF7, to be sure. So, can she read a 'foreign' aura, of something alien to both her world and technically Cloud's world? Even so, Sephiroth is a self-styled world-destroyer. Even with the ability to sense his flow, this is a devil of a duel.
