Basically, you cast it one someone, and every action they do results in a fart.

Walking? Fart with every step.
Open a door? That's not the frame creaking, that's a fart.
Jumping jacks? You better believe farts.
Coughing, sneezing, laughing...farts galore.

Is it silly and juvenile? Absolutely.
But don't tell me that casting that on the pope or the president or some celebrity wouldn't be hilarious.
